The staff was excellent and most knew their product. I was able to transfer my reservation when I appeared in person though my booking company could not do it because of the time difference with the US. When I first asked about late checkout I I was advised that any if I did not check out by 9am I would be charged for a whole extra day. My second inquiry yielded a response that indicated a more flexible policy that while a little steep was manageable. They were also helpful and protective of . all reviews »
Rooms are comfortable. Internet is fine.Breakfast is ok. They have shuttle bus to airport (aginst cost ZMW 110).
Construction details like the space between the frame and door and poor tiling in the shower stall detracted from the room's presentation. The slow shower drain and crack in the window which the housekeepping staff should have noticed had not been previously reported.
I was there only for 2 nights. First time in Zambia, All hotels are very expensive in relation with the prosperity in Zambia. This hotel is not downtown, but in a boring area.
The pool is very very small 12m3.
