Facilities are so new, the hotel is newly opened. The staffs get most of the credit, with their excellence services. Beside the hotel itself, there are two cafes nearby and one large supermarket just next door. The hotel is really close to the aiport, is verry cheap with good food at room service. Perfect choise if you are passing Ho Chi Min City!. Friendly staff, quick check in, comfortable rooms, all necessary services, and very cheap as it a star and brand new hotel.

Lack of essential services such as bars, restaurants, massage. This makes the hotel a quite boring place. Even it is a relatively "new" hotel, I felt that it need improvements, epsecially in the decor and comfort in the room. I can call it "bear", since I did not feel "welcome" in the room. The bar on the last florr has a smashing view, but it also feels ONLD and dead. This hotel needs new management, since they really need to update the decor. There was no hot water in my room and the staff could not fix the problem. This was a problem because I needed a shower in preperation for a very long flight. Breakfast finishing at 09.30. For a late arriving traveller at an airport hotel that is too early for breakfast to finish. bar is directly in restaurant not so comfortable and characteristic and the breakfast was bed and cold. No fitness Center Even though it was listed as having One.hotel seemed dead it felt like the hotel from the shining movie. Staff always sounded & looked confused. Had the potential to be 5* it was just missing the final touches.
