We arrived at the hotel around 8pm & they guessed that who we would be and welcomed us by my name - which was a great touch. I had no expectations as the price was quite cheap but they proved me wrong in every step with their exceptional service and behavior. They were always polite and smiling all the time. The room was clean and spacious & the bathroom was very clean and had expensive fittings. I was worried about WiFi but now they have separate WiFi for each floor and it was better t.
all reviews » The location of this hotel was great. We weren't far from the markets, the restaurants, or the bars. If we wanted a taxi, it literally took 4-5 mins for a taxi to arrive every time. The valets were always ready. They were very helpful organising the tours for us to the Mekong River and Cu Chi tunnels. Very clean and they upgraded our room to accommodate our early arrival. I was quite prepared to just leave my luggage with them until checkin and go exploring. We were very grateful for that. I wo. Stayed 3 nights during stopover on way to Europe. Location of hotel was convenient for night market and many restaurants nearby. Staff were really helpful and spoke good English. We were welcomed with a cold drink of water at reception. Room was adequate and bathroom facilities excellent. We booked tours each day with reception staff, which were good value and well organised. Buffet breakfast was included and was excellent. The hotel was fantastic! we arrived at the airport and hadnt a transfer booked but the hotel porter was sooo helpful getting us a taxi and getting us a cheap price for it! the hotel staff were all so helpful giving us directions and maps and organising a brilliant tour of chu chi tunnels! room was small but absolutely lperfect- clean, modern and so comfortable! brilliant stay and amazing location!. It has only one elevator so you have sometimes do wait a bit for it. There was a kettle in my room but no tea, coffe sugar or even cups. The hotel sign board was kept inside from road than others, I missed several times. All good. Coffee making facilities usually include the coffee and milk. So if I wanted a coffee I had to supply MY coffee and milk. Not good. We had breakfast. Food is not serve warm though some are in the surfing dishes. No fitness room facilities as stated on booking. Machine not working- dangerous.
