Everything at this place was perfect! The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. The room service was prompt and complete. Did I mention how great the location was? The ambience was cozy and inviting. Every night we found a delicious treat on our pillow. Our room had a fireplace and a huge bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The views from our wonderful room with a fireplace were incredible overlooking the vineyard. We loved going to the firepit at night after touring wineries with a glass of wine. The staff was excellent! The breakfast was an added plus with mimosas included and starbucks coffee too. We loved Napa Valley Lodge and plan on staying there again the next time we come to Napa!. When we arrived they had us booked for one night not two as per our booking confirmationbooked three months previously. at first they said we would have to move rooms but in the end they sorted it out and gave us a bottle of wine and a written apology. Excellent PR and service in the end. Relaxing pool area, very laid back. Would book again. Its well run. Excellent breakfast buffet. Found the staff very helpful and accommodating. Be nice to have some variation in the eggs and sausages in the breakfast room - we stayed for 4 nights and there was no change in those items at breakfast. Also we were incorrectly accused of making noise in the hotel when it was someone else - hotel staff on duty did not bother to actually check into it - just phoned - not impressed. The noise from the rooms above were a bit annoying if you are a light sleeper. Loved everything!. At first I didn't like how close we were to the road, but we never heard traffic or noticed it after arrival. The hotel is very close to the highway, which does result in some noise. With closed windows it is no problem but outside you can hear and see the cars passing. Nothing to negative to say!. Proximity of our room to the highway. Tried to enjoy some fresh Napa Valley air at night, but had to close door for car noise. Other than that - fantastic stay!. I could not find elevator, Location(close to Hwy). We were on the first floor and we could hear everything from the people above us. Walking, running couldn't tell but it was loud. We were happy when they went to bed. no elevators. I was disappointed that when an emergency in my family. Happened and I couldn't get a refund, so we had to stay the night.

The Napa Valley Lodge has 55 guest rooms, nearly all with views of the adjacent vineyard. A complete renovation of all guest bathrooms was finished in 2007, with walk-in glass showers, granite vanities and limestone floors. In addition, flat panel TVs, deluxe honor bars and new bedding were added to all rooms. Graciously furnished and spacious, all rooms feature terraces or balconies with panoramic views, seating areas, complimentary wireless Internet access, and many have wood burning
fireplaces and vaulted ceilings.

The Lodge’s grounds were also completely renovated in 2007, and now feature an inviting area to enjoy at any time of day. The highlights of the newly landscaped courtyard include a new bocce court, outdoor fire pit, and plaza, where the complimentary continental breakfast is served daily, weather permitting.
