The pool and hot tub were nice; the location is close to restaurants and shopping. There is great city transportation that will get you to the slopes, so it isn't necessary to stay at near the mountain. We liked the spa and the heated pool as well as the ceiling fan above the bed to circulate the air...we've never stayed in a motel room prior that had a ceiling fan. Central location while most rooms away from traffic noise, reasonable rates for resort town, clean room, great pool & hot tub.

Winter Park is a lovely mountain town and the motel is centrally located. Everything. Lovely family staff. Good shower. Good bed. Clean room with fridge and microwave; great location. It's real close to all the restaurants. That means walking distance and you don't need a car. Manager very friendly, clean room, good budget buy for the time I was there. Location!. Hotel was reasonably priced for the area. I'm not positive that I needed to book through letsbookhotel.com since the worker at the desk dismissed the fact that I made reservations in advance. The continental style breakfast was a real disappointment; stale sweet rolls and the coffee wasn't even made when we arrived for breakfast. A little cold cereal with cold milk and fruit juice would really spice up the more than meager breakfast. Bed was just OK, breakfast was just packaged snacks & muffins.that said might stay again if in Winter Park. nothing. Nothing to dislike. staff was unfriendly. This motel was not full and he made up pay before we checked out. My son developed a very severe illness and we had to cut our vacation short, he wouldn't refund our last stay. Bad business, we will not be back. N/A. The toilet had a leak when we got into the room, the front desk manager came up and fixed it right away. The room got really hot at night since the thermostat didnt work. Overall ok, but would not stay there again. The breakfast that the hotel provided was not the best. pool, price was a little high for what you got. The 1st room we got was real smelly of cleaning products. After asking for another room, the 2nd one was good. Very 1970's looking, 24"CRT TV on questionable support. Needs just a minor update to the pooms to be a great deal. The hotel advertised a continental breakfast which was nothing more than pre packaged pastries. I would have been happier saving a few more dollars and going across the street to Mcdonalds where I could at least get orange juice.
