We arrived a bit early and was greeted some of the nicecest staff. They offered several tips where to eat and thing to do around the city. Informed us of up coming events. The youn man behind the desk was top notch in his customer service skills and by far one of the friendliest people that we ever met. We will be booking there more often!. The beds were more comfortable than I thought. The shampoo and conditioner looked pretty fancy.

The room was easy to get to and had an outside door and an inside door as it was a disablity room. None, room is old, dirty and smells like cigarette. The pool had to much clorine in it, but that's a simple fix!. Everything in general was okay. But I just wished there was an ice machine and water on every floor so I didn't have to walk downstairs all the time I needed water. not so easy to find. They are in the middle of a remodel but no loud noise just looks are not that appealing. the pool and hot tub could have been cleaned after a bunch of kids were in it. The rooms were "tired". One of the cover plates for an electrical outlet behind the night stand was missing resulting in exposed electrical wires. The bathrooms need refurbishment. The bathtub liner was cracked. litttle hard to get to. Rooms need to be updated. No place to plug in supplied coffee pot. Exposed electrical outlet behind night stand, (missing cover plate). Took 1/2 hr to check in. Very inexperienced young lady. Couldn't use lobby computer to get confirmation # due to owners children playing on computer. Had to move coffee pot from top of fridge to bathroom to plug in. Pool was to cold. a bit noisy, have stayed at other hotels, must not be that insulated. nothing. Hard to check out - no one was at the desk. Breakfast. heavy air and bad smell in the room. High traffic noise. The lock on the outside door would not lock automaticaly so it was inconventant to have to walk through the lobby to have access to the room and the outside door because we had to lock the door from the inside. The sprinkler system broke at 12:30am spraying water all over my room and filling the ceiling with water. I got out before the ceiling collapsed; water was coming through the seams of the sheetrock and other rooms upstairs and down stairs flooded. We will not recommend any questhouse motel. We want a refund for our money.
