The motel was only a few blocks away from the beach, it was very close to all conveniences (Acme, Wawa, restaurants), the pool was extremely clean, the room was clean, it was very cheap to stay there, check out time was at 10am and we paid an extra $30 to stay until 6pm YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. the pool,the room itself was nice.the staff was very helpful and nice,the other guests were nice.

Perfect for a 1 night trip with brothers or college friends who don't care about how the place looks, just need a place to sleep and shower for a night or two. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi . The gas grill poolside was great. It was 2 blocks from the beach. Pool area was clean and enjoyable, the staff responded to our change of room quickly and kindly. The pool was nice & it was an unexpected that we would each have our own bed. It had a kitchenette, the location was fine. I liked that it was near ther beach. The tv worked but was old. The price... The pool. I was completely unsatisfied and when the room was still not ready hours after check in owner refused to give us a refund. Nothing at all ..............the best part was when I left with my family. I liked how I got a good laugh at how pathetic it was there. I didn't like anything about it place sucked. that is was walking distance from the beach. There was lots of space & cold AC. Nothing not a thing. Location and price. Only the Pillow's. Close to beach. The price. nothing!. Nothing!. Nothing. nothing. Things in our room were very old and rusted (the refrigerator, the stove, the cabinets), we had to wear flip flops in the shower because the floor of the shower was spray painted bright orange and had cracks and holes in the floor, we had to ask for toilet paper, we were almost given a room with no air conditioner (some rooms did not have it because it was broken) YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. the only thing was not all tv's were cable connected. Need change the microwave in the kitchen ( is to old no work well ) the stove need to be cleaned. Dirty Needs renovation Designated smoking area needed away from motel. Furniture outdated and no handle on stove made it hard to open when in use. The WiFi didnt work in our room. If you want to use the internet you have to sit by the pool. The room needs some work. Its dated and in need of a facelift. Room was run down, no glasses in room, no hand towels or wash cloths, tv did not work, Very dark and dingy, when the person on 2nd floor took shower the water ran into our shower, told owner and he seemed like he already knew about problem and was not concerned. ac not working good need to up grade. Not very clean. Trash behind dressers and particles in drawers. Carpet was not very clean. Tv in one room did not work. The motel was very rundown and rustic. The room was dusty and old, extremely uncomfortable. We were bitten up and itchy during our stay in the facility and departed a day early because we were so unhappy with the accommodations. They didn't even refund my money for the day my family and I didn't stay. The room was not clean we requested another room and the distance to the boardwalk was further than the map indicates. The motel is obviously old, the shower door was in very bad shape & the rooms were dark. There were holes in the wall, electric outlets didn't work, carpet frayed and didn't seem clean, etc. The furniture was old, the appliances were old and some inoperable, the beds had curves, the window drap did not cover the entire window. The refrigerator took a long time cooling the food. The ceiling tiles were soiled. There was no ac the room had 2 fans to cool it and the refrigerator was poor and old. The room had water dripping heavily from the air conditioner in the kitchen. No hot water at all the first night. Room was not in very good shape, Rusted refrigerator and no screen in the window among other things... Room was dirty, no AC and the microwave had rotten food in it the smell was horrible. Dirty room, owner, whole experience. It's was full of mold n rust in room unsanitary for anyone to be in I can't believe this place is open people can get sick I will never ever go to this place again there lucky they don't get sued and owner needs to learn how to talk to people also he was so rude and no respect for others. The smell, the beds, the walls, I did not feel secure, the bathroom, my utensils, all of it. Place is trash dirty bugs everywhere. the fact that the curtain in my room couldn't close,.it was mold all around the room they tried to cover with paint, it was dirty, I had to ask for clean linens twice and both times they were still soiled so I ended up buying sheets. There was one air conditioner and it didn't work for both rooms so they gave us fans. The AC was broken in the first room & they tried to give us a box fan. The second room had AC but no electricity in the bathroom. None of the outlets worked. Everything it was disgusting the smell made us all sick it was so dirty no outlets worked and the tv and no lights worked in back bedroom. The frig was moldy and doors were all broke. I was so unsatified with my stay asked for a refund they said they couldn't do that. My kids were scared to go to sleep. Never did proper repairs after Sandy. Carpets smelled like mildew. Mold on ceilings and lamp shades. No air conditioning. Nasty bathrooms. Dirty sheets and pillows. Had to take my daughter 4 yrs old to the hospital on the day of our last stay for her asthma The worst motel ever. I did not get the exact room I paid for online, there was no WiFi, the jacuzzi was just as cold as the pool only with jets, the bathroom sink did not work, the half kitchen sink only had hot water, there was no remote to change the channel, no air conditioning only one box fan... All and all it was the worst experience ever for me and my children never again will I stay there. Dirty everything I don't like it never want to go to that place again. The smell of mold & there was a hole in the tub making it frightening to be in there!. didn't even stay there 2 hours. Smelled horrible. Mold & mildew present in every room on 1st flr. Air conditioner only worked in some rooms, the rest had 2 dirty box fans. We changed rooms due to nasty disgusting shower floor. Rusty & caked up peeling right off. Back or side door leading to alleyway stayed open all nite. Didn't feel safe so we slept with chair wedged under door knob. Was scared to leave belongings in room. Pillows were disgusting. Slober stains all over. Thank God we took our own sheets.!!!. Dirty Smelly Broken Down Hotel, Broken locks no hot water no AC Dirty food in microware They should give me all my money back and it does not speak well about New Jersey!!!!!!!!!!!. where do I start. in the booking info it lists a/c as accommodation, no a/c in our room and only one of the two windows opened. we also had no toilet , ours didn't work so we had to use one in the next room. musty moldy and down right nasty. I wouldn't recommend this hole to the devil. Mold all over the ceiling. Broken microwave. And sheets of drywall between the mattresses of both beds. Just overall gross. The kitchen area was just nasty. The cabinets were falling apart. There was holes in the mall. They tell u it's 5 minutes to the boardwalk and it's more like a miles. The beds were lumpy. The price per nite was not worth the $160 we paid. It wasn't even worth $50 a nite. Everything it was dirty, bed had bedbugs and they try to put me in another room when I checked the beds they had bedbugs too. Disgusting place. Filthy. Stunk like mold. Carpet was wet. Cigarette butt in bathtub. Window didn't shut. No fitted sheets. Number for front desk did not work.
