La Quinta does not accept cash, requires a credit card with the full balance on it to get a room. While they refused to give me a room, they called a hotel across the street with the same amenities and got me a room at the same rate. The staff was very helpful! I don't know anything else since I didn't go beyond the front desk. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with smiling faces and a warm welcome. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for us. Lots to choices. We slept very comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.
all reviews » The front desk gal was EXTREMELY pleasant and knowledgeable! She is a great person to have behind the desk. La Quinta is very fortunate to have her!. I could tell that the hotel rooms had been remodeled. They did a great job with updating the décor. I loved that I had a recliner in my room. Nice clean room, well kept. This is the third year I have stayed at this La Quinta and it has been kept up nicely. Everything was spotless and very nice. Especially was thankful for the shuttle to the airport. updated, clean, microfridge in room, desk to work at, recliner, very homey feeling. The general organization for everything,the calm environment,support services. That it is pet-friendly, clean, good food, pleasant staff. Quite, proximity to the airport. The employees were Great. staff, location. staff. The location wasn't the easiest to get to. I had to call the hotel and get directions and I was about 5 blocks away. hot tub was perfect, friendly staff...........clean facility. appetizer was very tasty in the restaurant!!. Rooms were more updated than expected. Location was good. Don't accept cash. My room had a window that was very close to ground level which made me a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great travel experience. NO coffee in room and ice machine all down the other end of hall. bathrooms could be more appealing. The weather which really has nothing to do with the inn & suites particularly. No yogurt at breakfast. :-). The food in the restaurant--the salad was full of water, the corn on the cob waterlogged, and baked potato undercooked. The meat was very good. Pool being to cold! Not at all pleasant!. The room was very small. The breakfast had to many carbs and more protein would have been nice. beds were not comfortable & breakfast was substandard. pool was cold!!. Staff wasn't overly professional but adequate. Limited breakfast choices. Poor layout for service. Interior seemed dated. Air conditioner was noisy. Parking lot full of snow. Very few available parking stalls. Several people stuck in the parking lot.
