The Elm was very clean and had most of the amenities found in much more
expensive motels. The staff was very helpful and helped make the stay a
pleasant one. Highly recommend the Elm if one is looking for a clean,
relatively inexpensive motel with a friendly helpful staff. I will
definitely stay here again.
The rooms were impeccably clean. The beds were so comfortable I wish I could have taken it home with me. If I find myself to stay in the Westfield, MA area I will definitely check here first for accommodations!. all reviews »
Very clean, pilllow-top mattresses are very comfy, air conditioning was good, shower was strong, wifi without any problem and price was right. Room also had TV and fridge. About a half hour from Tanglewood.
Sweet ladies at the reception desk, coming and going.

The hotel is VERY clean. It is dated, but very well cared for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.
For us, a convenient location... The staff was accommodating, giving us a few extras for comfort. Cleanand neat every day. No services, basic comfy and clean.

Older motel not particularly pretty on the outside. Rooms are a bit dated but for the price I think it was a good deal.
Inside of bedspread had a brown stain on it. Blanket had a brown stain on it. I was too tired from a 9 hour drive to a funeral to ask for a new one. Just pushed to the bottom of the bed and enjoyed the sheets which were nice and clean!!!! Slept like a baby with a fleece sweater on!.Yes, I would return anyway because it was safe and secure.
No blow dryer.
Shades were not room darkening, so the morning light came in.
The lighting in the room could have been a bit brighter. And there was not a thermostat to regulate the heat in the room.
Street changes its name without a sign telling you that Elm turns right.
Listed as being 6 miles from Mount Holyoke College, which was incorrect.

Staff were unfriendly. Barely got a Hello on arrival. The room smelt
very strongly of cleaning products.
Shower didn't drain properly.
Needs updating, TV didn't work, bathroom to small , no place to put toiletries, no place to hang clothes, we wanted to stay a full week but moved on.Would not stay there again unless it is updated, but very good location for our needs.
Everything, very old, bathroom as old as my grandmothers and lost
power twice just blow drying my hair. Never would recomend. Needs
total update.
