This hotel was awesome! The rooms were spacious and modern. The free breakfast was amazing fresh and delicious. Biggest positive is that there was open bar 5-730 with chips and salsa for free!!! All top shelf and the bartender was heavy on the liquor. I was drunk within the hour. Will definitely book again. Great place, very close to the Airport, very clean and the breakfeast is included and great not to miss. The cook is wonderfull makes a great omelet to your order.
all reviews » The Staff was Wonderful!! The Breakfast was magnificent and the Happy Hour nice. The Gym was well equipped. The hotel was awesome from the staff to the drinks. I really enjoyed myself and so did my friend. We travel for bussiness and we dont have time yo look around but everything was ok. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Front dest staff were very friendly. Fabulous price, close to airport, great amenities, beautiful and clean. friendly staff affordable comfort and luxury peaceful environment. The thermostate did not work, had to turn a/c on and off to fix temperature which made it hot at night. Refridgerator in the room was beoken. The ice machine on my floor was broken for over 4 days. I was disappointed in the lack of response to the broken equiptment especially in my room. i wish i could have had robes coming with my room, but it's no big deal. it is a suggestion though. Not close to anything that you could walk to - no restaurants or shops nearby. nothing. air conditioning too cold in dining area. convenience of bathroom to bedroom in suite. letsbookhotel.com mislead us on our room. Thought we booked a suite due to their description and pictures of the room, but when we arrived, we were booked for a regular double queen, not a suite. Embassy suites upgraded us for free thank goodness since they agreed we were mislead. Bathroom was designed to a standard 8ft tall person, not any taller :). Our family vacation was scheduled to depart from Boston's Logan airport on Friday April 19th, the same day Boston was in lock-down while the fbi, Boston police and swat teams were trying to locate the marathon terrorist. Our flight was not cancelled but the delays prevented us from arriving at the Embassay Suites hotel that night. We could not make it to Florida until the following day. The embassey suites hotel refused to cancel our reservation and refund our money!.
