room spacious and clean, beds were confortable, linens and towels soft and smelled nice, good water pressure control and warm water, cold water tasted ok, plenty of closet space storage, furniture in good shape, room was clean, motel/cabins central to activities, clerk was helpful (although irritated) concerning confusion in booking. Ah, I wish I remembered the woman's name who runs the place, because she was so friendly. We stayed in a cabin, quaint and comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!.

Overall, excellent place to stay, whether your with a family or just a couple looking for a nice get-away. It was a good price and very convenient to where we needed to be. If we had stayed longer, we would have used the sink, fridge and kitchen facilities- which is very handy. Very good location overlooking the lake and close to restaurants. Easy drive to Meadowbrook. Quiet location. Quick stay for us but there seemed to be plenty to do in the area. The location was convenient. Check-in was simple. It got us close to a place we wanted to visit. view and location. The bed was comfortable and location was great. Location to the water. Nothing. pool water was cold (not too important), the only vending machine did not work. Confusion in online letsbookhotel.com...if prior travelers had not cancelled we would not have had a room...not good. The parking is a bit odd for the cottages but very doable. Outside of that there wasn't anything that I didn't like. Bed alittle stiff bt sleepable and Spiders + cobwebbs in cabin which is understandable.. We didn't find anything to not like. the fact that when we arrived we were not registered!!!! it was lucky they accommodated us or we do not know what we would have done!! You did not do your job!! will not use this service again, to be sure!!!. Bathroom was small, but we were only there for 1 night. the managements attitude. Provided in the room was a coffee maker, microwave and a couple of bags of coffee for the coffee maker. There were no mugs, only paper cups for our tea and coffee. The microwave was no use without cutlery and crockery. We asked at reception and the lovely lady there found us a couple of bowls and spoons so we could make porridge in the microwave for breakfast. Only one of our two rooms was reserved when we arrived although the confirmation had two listed. Manager did let us book a cottage for the same price, thankfully! Miscommunication between bookings.com and hotel computer system?. The room (especially the bathroom) was FILTHY. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a while, and I wouldn't have taken a bath in that tab for all the tea in China! There was a weird contraption in the closet that was on the whole time and made a loud noise, too. The lack of hot water in the morning for bathing. We received an apology but that did not bathe us. Lack of good dining. The Older lady working at the Office was the rudest person i've dealt with at a resort. Unfriendly. Just the absolute worst in all my travels. I liked the place, but I don't think we would go back because of her. The bathroom was so small you could barely sit on the toilet. There was popcorn on, in, and under the couch when we got there. There was hair in various places of the room/bathroom. No wi-fi as promised in price. No hot water the first day. Dryer sheets stuffed into everything not sure if this was to get rid of a smell or keep pests away. No phone book in the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Everything. I have had better accommodations in bunkers and fox holes. Would help to be a mountain climber to get to cabins. Parking was on grass that I believe was covering a leaking septic system.
