The conference I was attending was on site so convenience was a major factor. The pool was lovely though I didn't use it. The convience of activities for the kids. Also this was a place to get to easily and quickly. The employees were very pleasant and helpful!. Indoor fun for the entire family. Everything had a great time!!!. great place for kids and their is a jacuzzi for the adults ( no children aloowed in). plenty of water slides and pools. my kids loved it.
all reviews » Friendly staff. Adequate parking. Good breakfast buffet. It was fun my kids had a blast. Easy access to park. I chose the hotel because if the convenience of having the water park located right inside of the hotel, but found out my stay didnt include the water park, so I had to pay a separate fee. The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant. I was able to check in before 4. It was easy to get to. my daughter had fun which was the main point because it was her birthday and she wanted to go for over a year. they were updating there hotel. outside looks very nice, inside dated. The waterpark is fun, but filthy. Nothing. I can't see the ratings but overall everything was excellent!. Nothing. It was awful. Waste of $!. Not much. The room smelled damp/musty. Opening the indoor balcony door (it overlooked the pool) helped some but then let in noise from the pool/hot tub. The coffee maker didn't work and there was no mini-fridge. Late check-in...Check-in should be much earlier! This would allow family to enjoy the facility more!. Only problem was having a pizza hut for the food in the water park. Also, 1 person working the cash register, there was a huge line and it took forever!. Customer service when u check In us very rude and it happens every time. They need a better variety of food, too much junk food and the restaurant is closed from 12-5 which sucks. Phones in our two rooms did not work on arrival. The pizza... Not enough food options overpriced. The hotel was very dark and not well lit at all. The elevators were also dark and two did not seem safe. The shower in room needed to be fixed. There were three if us in room, but only had two sets of towels. Hotel did not take Discover. Did not show that I changed my reservation. Had to request a crib and sheets more then once got a Pack N Play instead of a crib. Facility did not have power when we got there. Room service prices were high for a limited menu. the very strong odor of chlorine inside hotel. definately needs better ventilation through out hotel. Everything else. Not the place to stay if you have any standards at all. It's fun for kids that don't understand how filthy and run down the entire establishment is. Hoards of children in bathing suits, broken elevator. Overall nightmare. It was not clean. I requested towels 9pm Saturday and got them Sunday around 10am. Carpets filthy. Smelled of mildew and staff wasn't to friendly. Food in resteraunt wasn't great either. I think it's to expensive and it's not worth the money. Poor room and over charge for microwave. It was filthy! Staff was so rude. We left early. Toilets were clogged. Bed was never changed. Moldy windows.no coffee anywhere. Room had damage to door and rugs. Water resort is miss leading it is not for family it is just little little children. Pizza Hut let other person put her hands in my food and then take my whole order. The hotel pool was ok but there was teen boys that were jumping in on top of people and children. The whirlpool made loud and abnoxious buzzing noise.
