The owners were so great to me and my sisters! So friendly and accommodating and willing to do anything to make our stay wonderful. They really care about the place and their customers. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. The price for that area of the Hamptons was great! Great value for the area. 380 is a lovely, comfortable "mom & pop" inn close to east hampton & amagansett. The owners are friendly, helpful and accomodating. We had to arrive very late so they left our key safely on the office door. We work in the Hamptons throughout the summer so we'll definitely be going back!.
all reviews » We arrived late evening and only st a yed one night. The fall seadon had already set in snd the grounds were beautifully rustic because of it. The room was clean and comfortable after 16 hours on the road. Wish we would have had more time there. The owners, Doug and Rosarii, were very warm and welcoming. Cottage was clean and cozy - beautifully situated in the trees, very peaceful. Tremendous value for money, especially in the Hamptons. Would definitely stay again. :). Staff and ownership were very friendly. They provided beach passes to some of the most beautiful private beaches in the Hamptons. Great value and centrally located to almost everything in the Hamptons. The staff was very nice I needed to stay an extra night it was no problem. No hidden fees like other hotels in the area. Room was clean the bed was very comfortable. The Owners were wonderful! very accomodating, helpful and friendly. It was also very clean, comfortable with a convenient location and the best value in the area. Charming owners, Doug and Rosarii made us very welcome. Spacious room with kichenette. And, the price was surprisingly and pleasantly low for this area. the owners were very friendly. i loved our small cabin with trees surrounding it. nice coffee maker and fridge. nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great price. Quaint Inn, well keep very plesant. Single cabins Kitchen Good shower. It was well located. pool. Location and service. The location was convenient for us. The room was clean. Nothing! Loved everything, we will be back. A little too noisy for me since property is right off Route 27. This made it difficult for me to enjoy and relax while sitting outside, since you had to always to contend with passing traffic, just a few feet away. I wish the property provided barbecue facilities. Some of the windows in the room did not open. Shower could have been just a little hotter. there were only one or two dishes in the cabinet. would have been nice to have 2 wine classes and coffee cups too. No door mat. There was no breakfast. The microwave did not work neither the coffee maker. door to the room. The place was a bit tired... Needs a bit of a lift... The room reeked of "Lestoil" or a similar type cleaner, we had to leave the windows open. The door to the room had broken molding on the exterior; the dead bolt was clearly visible from the outside and barely held the door shut. No stools to use the counter for work or eating. Bed not very comfortable. Room was small, refrigerator leaked, ac did not work properly. This is a budget Hotel that you are paying luxury price for. Not very clean!.
