The facility was well laid out, clean, great staff. The lady that does the breakfast room is great, everything is clean, the b'fast items kept full, etc. Really traveler friendly!. we were pleased with everything, the staff was friendly and responsive, our room was clean, and confortable. The continental breakfast. Close to airport with shuttle service. Excellent breakfast included. Small business center with computer and printer.
all reviews » Thanks for the upgrade to the king suite. Loved having the extra room, extra sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. It was clean and the bathroom was updated nicely. Got a great deal on the king room, was very spacious and had a nice tv. VERY CLEAN facility. The location was nice,stabucks and krispy kreme. I enjoyed everything!. Good location, pleasant decor. Not too keen on the location, but the quality of the property makes up for that small gripe!. Nothing. Fourth floor ice machine had some problem with water running all the time. Extremely noisy air conditioner in the bedroom. You could also have an additional telephone, one for the living room, and one for the bedroom. Based on negative reviews I read about the pool and jacuzzi I requested to be notified prior to check in if either were not functioning. No one contacted us and the jacuzzi tub had been removed and concreted over. It was also farther from the beach then we expected and the exhaust fan in our room did not work. All minor inconveniences. Overall very happy with our stay :-). Pool area was kind of small but it was still good. The shower curtian was not secure on wall, also the tub was very slippery not safe grin maybe a bigger coffee pot if you have a Marine staying lol. I had reserved a king bed but upon checking in there were none available. Breakfast buffet was subpar, rooms had musty smell, fitness room archaic with leaky ceiling. The Jacuzzi tub was not working! We specifically searched hotels with a Jacuzzi tub for our trip. As a result, we cancelled our second night there and searched for another place to stay. The ceiling on the top floor had brown water stains and cracks in the paint. We were not excited about the stay. However, the staff at the front desk was courteous and understanding as to our cancelation. The advertisement said Heated pool and Hot tub. The Pool the first two days was cold, like someone had placed about 6 blocks of ice in it. There was no hot tub, it had been filled in, This was these things were why my wife booked the room. She was very upset. They also said spa which we were not offered. Then the last day we were charged almost double for the room. They would not do anything about it.
