The staff were great. They accommodate our needs. we had the same problem of reserving the wrong day similar to what happened at Baily's Atlantic City. However, they were understanding and made the appropriate changes. The atmosphere was freindly. The Bar tender was too freindly too. Breakfast buffet was rich and lots of varieties. The staff was superb. Everyone greeted us with smiles, a pleasant and professional attitude. The Staff represented themselves and the Crowne Plaza with knowledge, pride and above excellent customer service.

The special rate for two nights was very generous. From the time I walked into the Hotel, the staff greeted me immediately and assisted with my bags. Everyone had a smile and was very helpful and friendly. Made me feel value for my money!!. The amenities (indoor pool, room service, shuttle service), the friendly and helpful staff, and the location. It was within close proximity to stores and restaurants. Staff is exceptional. Accommodations are great, especially the fitness facility. Was tempted to "appropriate" the shower head--best ever in a hotel. I liked the convienence of having a restaurant and bar inside the hotel.Also the rewards program is a great incentive for checking out late. The feel that you were in a very luxurious hotel. The friendly hosts and the cleanliness of the room. The cost was very good. Very clean. Friendly. Good location. Breakfast was a always good. Hotel staff recommended a resturant , shuttle took us and picked us up after dinner. Excellent fitness facility. Well appointed room w/good touches. All of the above. Although I thought it was a little pricey.`. Breakfast buffet food and staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly, rooms were clean. Facilities, decor, professionalism. Everybody was helpful. The staff. Pleasing to the eye. Comforting color palett. Comfortable bed. It was a nice hotel. Noisy air-conditioning units. nothing. The cleanliness of the front entrance. Workers were performing maintenance and the area was very trashy. Very unpleasant first impression. But, the inside made up for the mess outside. Is a bit off our travel path but we will make the slight detour and return on our next visit(s) to the area. Not to nit-pic. But your on-line page does suggest that you have smoking rooms. Should be checked. Price at bsr was way too high. I'm not rich, 2 drinks $25.00 + tip. Way too much! So we went somewhere else. Someone tapping on one of the doors on my floor at 3;30 a.m. and when no one answered the door the individual starting pounding on the door. I woke up and I'm sure others woke up as well. Nothing. Sofa bed area of room was VERY, VERY dusty. Food in refrig. froze. TV remote did not work. Its not in walking distance to really nothing. Its about a 15 min. Drive to the beach.
