The desk clerk Toska was beyond reproach...she took care of everything we needed in a quick, friendly manner. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and those were our major concerns. The morning breakfast was quite adequate and everything was very fresh, including the scrambled eggs. the staff are very nice and go out of their way to please you. I arrived around two in the morning and they offered to go to the kitchen and get me something to eat..What other hotel does that I recommend ramada for sure.
all reviews » I am a repeat guest and I find your place a good value. I'll stay again in the future when I travel that way. Breakfast was great had a good selection staff excellent room was comfortable over all was a pleasent stay. Bed was comfy and towels were thick, was warmly greeted sy check-in. Room had fridge and microwave. this RI was an older version but was well kept, very clean, and the breakfast was awesome!. Staff was very attentive, especially in getting a left behind garment bag to me. Conveniently located near highway. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Convenient, clean, quiet, comfortable, good value. Ease of getting a reservation on line. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for the price. Comfortable Clean Convienant. I like the quietness. It was clean. Not bothered by anything. Room was clean but could use some improvement. Washcloths were skimpy. The swimming pool, which we were looking forward to using, was drained and sat empty. No explanation was offered. Didn't get our 5:00 AM requested wake up call. Train noise, but got use to it quickly. Need better coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Poor quality buffet. It was definitely run down. Need some major repairs. Pool looked to be drained about 3 years ago and needs work. Property is in poor condition and requires some maintenance. Ice machine had hotel towels stuck under it to prevent leakage all over the floor. Front Desk Staff needs to pay more attention to incoming guests. (She was chit chatting with someone while taking my in my registration info). Not very proffesional. In my return trip I stopped again at Ramada and was charged a higher rate than before. When I questioned it the clerk said the computer said it was the same as before. My bank statement shows a different rate for each time. The desk clerk seemed indifferent and like she didn'tcare. Remote never worked. Stayed 2 nights and they didn't service the rooms. Had to get our own towels n toilet paper and throw our own trash. Wi fi didnt' work. Breakfast was not good, few things to choose among. Large roach in bathtub. No water pressure in morning. Could not even flush toilet or take shower. Didn't feel safe as a lone female travelor because of the lighting and empty fields adjacent to the motel. The manager gave me another room away from the open field. The room was old and noisy. Ididn't feel comfortable in the room to take s bath. The room smelled musty...the floors not properly vacuumed ...the hallway smelled moldy. There was no wifi and TV reception was poor. If it wasn't for the 7 .6 rating you all gave them I wouldn't have stayed there. And no refunds even if a person is not happy. I will not recommend them. Pool did not have water, it was not working, big boomer. Overall condition of the room hasn't been updated in many years. There was a refrigerator that wasn't even on for our use. Hair was in the tub and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. Hard to believe it was a Ramada. Run-down. Doors to rooms didn't close and lock properly. The bathtubs backed up with DIRTY water. The lobby bathroom had a 1/4 inch of dust on the top of the stalls. We've travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels, but this was in the top 5 worst. We will never stay at this hotel again. no water in the pool, no wifi... Old building and interior of room. Old and dirty looking tiles in bath. Our room was totally infested with bugs. It made it totally impossible to relax as they would fly around and land on any surface near a light source. The furniture was rickety and falling apart. I would never stay there again. Room smelled like urine. no pool but when one was advertised no renumeration offered flies, mosquitos, crickets - had to request a fly swatter at front desk. WiFi only available in main lobby. didn't care much for breakfast. Very dirty, including toilet and tub. Carpet dirty and had not been vacummed. GREEN MOLD IN COFFEE POT WHERE COFFEE GOES. This place was on my top three worst places to stay. It was run down and dirty. The breakfast was horrible. Would never stay there again.
