Breakfast was good, but ended too early for leisure travelers. Location was good. Rate was good. Close to casino if interested. Staff was friendly and courteous. Would stay again, but not on first floor near pet rooms. the check in went smoothly although they were busy they made my family and I feel right at home the beds was very comfortable and it fitted my family very fine.

I really slept well, one of the better quality beds that I had exdperience in a hotel. very accomaditing friendly and helpful workers. staff at desk very helpfuk. convenient location to nearby casino hotel without the high price tag. I enjoyed the peace and quiet so I could get a good night sleep. no hassle check in, cleanliness, and decent breakfast bar. The breakfast was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Location. The hotel is located directly across from the Fairgrounds. There is a convince store right beside it for alcohol and munchies, as well as 2 restaurants within a minute walk. The pool area was decent. The beds were comfortable, and the room appeared clean. The hotel is pretty basic, we only stayed for one night. We went for a concert and the hotel is right across from the concert venue, easy check in, and check out. Basic breakfast, you will get what you pay for. they gave me my request. Staff great, breakfast was wonderful. Not much except location. The mattress was decent. Breakfast ended too early (9am). First floor room was too close to pet rooms. Dog barking. TV sound didn't work. After complaining about first 2 rooms given us, they finally upgraded us to a handicap room which was good. Suggest avoiding rooms on first floor near pet rooms. there wasn'T nothing I didn'T dislike about this location. when i went to the breakfast there was not too many choices. The staff kept making fun my my fat dog. bathroom was a little outdated. Not having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The cable was going off and on while watching a tv show. one bed in the suite and no wall to separate the area like other suites. And the room mix up was not able to get the correct room I paided for. Carpets were dirty and needed a good vacuuming and steam cleaned. Need outlet close to table for laptop. Breakfast selections were few. A bit to loud sounded like elephants over the top of us. The bed linens were stained and had holes. The rooms appeared clean, but the guest areas were Unkept. Floors were unwashed and unvaccumed. Elevator floor had goo in it that remained untouched in the 3 days we were there. The do not disturb signs do not keep the cleaning staff from knocking. Even tho we only stayed there one night we wanted to go to the pool, but its in a very bad location outside the hotel, pool is dirty and no shades or anything,pool its literally in the parking lot.It is a basic hotel but for the price I was expecting a little bit more. I will probably spend 20 dollars more next time and stay at a better hotel with better facilities. like basin area inside bathroom not separated. Carpet dirty, bathrooms small. Rooms were not clean, things in the room did not work and vending machines were not working properly. Overall a bad experience!. Hair not cleaned in bathroom, carpets dirty, not vaccuumed, halls smelled of cigarette smoke. Eating area very dirty!.
