The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice for the price. It's
no Hampton Inn but it is definitely alot nicer than most America's
Best. I would put it on par with a Best Western, which I stay at alot.
The staff was very kind with us and they keep the facilities really clean and comfortable. Rooms are very spacious and the location is very convenient.

If I have to say a negative thing is the breakfast. I can understand if there is just a small breakfast, but I would like few things but good. The brioches were terrible... they should make more attention to this small things easy to improve... with cookies instead of these terrible brioches I would say that this hotel is very good!.
To advertise two different cereals and coffee as "free continental
breakfast" is a stretch. No coffee maker.

Close to 101 freeway can hear the traffic noisy but not too bad when inside.The manager seemed too busy taking care of her kids in the back. Not much selection for free breakfast.
On checkout the housekeeper was very rude.
Location not the best. No resteraunts close by. Room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Curtains had holes in them so light came through. Linens seemed very old & rough.

Glad I had a smartphone/GPS when I first arrived. Absolutely no frills, not very close to upscale restaurants or entertainment. Although adequate, breakfast was cold cereal, coffee, and juice in a very small lobby with a small table and two chairs.
low speed of internet, frequent connection trouble, room cleaning service was very poor (my cups haven't been washed at all), water cooler is locked at about 7pm and there is no store or wending machines near by (so you have no chance to find water).
