low cost, location, room availability. price. Nothing. Nothing. bathrooms not very clean some rooms up flight of stairs. in need of updates. The room was disgusting. The wall by the bed had dried sperm/smegma slung against and dried. The bathroom door was broken open. The shower nozzle was broken. Really crappy place to stay nothing works in room etc.
