We were there for only one night and the kids (9 and 11) wished we could stay longer to enjoy the activities. The hot tub was great after a long day. We stayed in the Cowboy Cabins and although having to go outside to get to the bathroom was a pain, the actual cabin was quite clean, comfortable and cozy. But the proximity to Zion was fabulous and we would consider staying here again when we have more time to enjoy the property.
all reviews » The staff was amazing. The manager knows a lot about Zion National Park and gave us good tips about the trails in the park. In additional we received an upgrade in our reserve, spending the days in a nice cottage, instead of the cowboy cabana. A lot of thought went into this place. They have different activities every night. There are also a lot of activities available all the time. I liked the location of the property - convenient to Zion and Hwy 89, but off the beaten path. the food was very, very good which is great since you are far away from any other options; staff was helpful; place had a lot to do for families. great concept nice staff great value kudos to helpful staff chef is very hospitality orientated and good ambssador. I was very excited by how much there was to do here. My room was adorable and the price was very fair for the area. +recreational offers (looved the ATV tour!!!) +close to Zion park +spectacular views +outback feeling. The cabin was great and comfortable, nice being able to sit outside in the sun. The staff responsible for keeoing the toiletblock tidy and clean were amazing. Staff in the adventure block were very helpful too. Log cabin was interesting. Some good amenities such as ping pong, pool & basketball. The activities looked a little 'tired' and maybe in need of updating (although since we didn't use them maybe that's an unfair comment). Also, the hot tub needed to be way bigger, as there were many people trying to enjoy. Nothing. The restaurant was terribly understaffed, so service was very slow!! Ate there once and avoided the place the rest of our stay! You are required to wear wrist bands your entire stay. Observed several people using the pool who did not have wrist bands. double bunk bed was too big for the room. far away from things. The hot tubs were supposed to be operating until 10pm, but when I went over at 8pm they had already been shut off. :(. -group wash rooms (didn't disturb us much) -extra costs for activities (although a lot free). The service and food at the restraunt left a lot to be desired, but cooking our own meals made up for it. 晚上去外面上厕所很不方便，特别是很冷的时候. could'nt stay longer. Blue belly restaurant was awful as was some of the staff there. Made me feel awful asking fir a coffee to go after I had been told the only place to get coffee was the restaurant. Our meal there was also a joke as was the service! Internet access is very poor in some cabins as in ours and the whole place could do with a tidy up and upgrade. Spa treatments very expensive. Most activities cost money. Out in the middle of nowhere. Killed 7 spiders in one night. A hair on the wall in the bathroom. Food at the restaurant was sub-par. Beds not that comfortable.
