The ac in the first room we were given was not working properly. Called down to the desk and they moved us to another room and it was fine. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and the bathroom had a great heat lamp and fan! Also, my friend forgot her toothbrush and they had one for her. Very quiet and they had a great complementary breakfast. The accommodations were very nice. The room was big. I was very thankful to be given a bottom floor room, as requested, for my mom who is unable to go up stairs and has a hard time walking. The breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was very nice, someone was constantly cleaning. No mess there. The bed was fairly comfortable, breakfast was OK. Very quiet. The beds were very comfortable but the comforters could have been a little heavier. At first, the hotel could not guarantee a first floor room as requested. That made me very nervous, because I knew my mom couldn't make it up stairs. No elevator was available. I was also originally charged more at check-in than quoted online. I was grateful I had brought my print out reservation with me. The staff corrected the problem and were very friendly. I did not like the cleanliness of the pillows, just a case no pillow case liner......next time I will remember to take my own pillow, I rarely stay in Motels, but I would stay there again. We could only use the unsecured Internet connection and on the final morning, there was no connection at all!. no fridge asked for room on main floor but did not get it,also they did not know we were bringing a dog. Breakfast could have been better, but wasn't bad. The area where the food is located get too congested. cant think of a thing. tip envelopes are not necessary bath curtain rod in poor shape room is "dated". It took 5 days to get the fridge repaired. High road traffic volume. location. The rugs where extremely dirty.My spouse bought a new pair of slippers, never worn, they where filthy black when we left the room #215.Maint is lacking. The door to the room/latch is broken. The water taps do not work properly. The toilet flush was leaking and making disturbing sound. The roof it seems is wooden. If somebody walks in the room above your room it makes a disturbing sound. When I checked out I only stayed 2 of my 5 day Res.So they charged me 20% extra.This was not explained when I made Res.I Already paid extra because of 4th of July weekend.No where did my booking say that I was getting 20% off because of 5 day stay.I Want my 20% back on my card. Our family will never stay at this hotel again. The advertising on the internet was false about what the rooms where like and it didn't look like the house keeping cleaned the sheets to the beds. When I checked in I found the clerk very impersonal almost rude when asked questions - didn't offer any info. - was more interested in talking to co-worker. However, when we checked out the clerk was very engaging and courteous. There was an awful smell in the rooms after cleaning... Like insect repellent... The smell of the room (old cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room). The breakfast was ok, but the set-up was awkward. The motel smelled too sweet/perfume-y, as if covering up not being really clean, plus it just seemed kind of out-dated and shabby. The room was really musty smelling and the bathroom smelled like urine. The pool had no lights for evening swimming. They tried to charge me $50 more than what I was quoted. Very run down.
