If only all hotels could be like this, I'd be a very happy person : smiling, very helpfull staff - beautiful spacious room with all necessary details - comfortable beds and good shower. We came for one night and we stayed three nights - just perfect. As for breakfast : my husband fell in love with the waffle machine... Overall, it met our needs & most of our wants for a wonderful price. We had sufficient access to everything we wanted to do while there. It offered breakfast, cleanliness and was family friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

And it was located right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Rates were great!!!. A lot of redecorating and upgrading done. The bed was super comfortable. Didn't expect a 3 1/2 star quality room, but this one was. Right next to Starbucks and right down the street from a great breakfast place. I liked the customer service and the room was a site for soar eyes/ tired eyes. It was clean the bed was easy to adjust to. The breakfast was a nice touch for the road. TV remote wouldn't let me adjust the pic, hue, brightness etc. and the spot where the TV sits is too deep so can't see the TV well from all over the room. Pillows and mattresses lumpy Coffee was undrinkably weak Not enough parking. the heater was little different. I turned it on to heat and when it was done heating, it didn't turn off, but blew cold air and made the curtain/drape billow out. However, I kept comfortable. The continental breakfast was just the normal stuff, nothing over and beyond. The hair dryer plug did nto reach the outlet. The breakfast did not offer any tea. Regular or decafe. No pool, but we knew that. I requested a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. The sign (Name of Hotel) behind the front desk was missing letters. First impression . . . Elevator was less than reassuring and very slow. Lower floor around elevator area was shabby. Elevator not reliable. Management would not help with a one day weather related cancelation booked thru letsbookhotel.com. Breakfast bar was out of many items. Lack of secure feeling, anyone could come and go into the building. Eleavator was not alays working or you had to ask the desk to turn it on. Outdated but trying. Some parts of the motel show its age: low hallway ceilings, a stairwell needing paint, etc. The breakfast foods weren't very fresh. In a busy area with some late-night traffic noise. That they tried to charge my credit card before I got there. We paid cash when we arrived and they tried to charge my credit card again after we arrived! They were trying to double charge us!. the room did not have clean smell. seem dirty. hallways carpet needed cleaning. general appearance not clean. When we arrived, they said they didn't have our letsbookhotel.com reservation. But they were able to accommodate us without any issue. The air conditioner blower was too loud. I had to sleep with earplugs in. I did not get the room I rented because they had us listed for a non smoking room. And when we got a smoking room it was 2 twin beds and not the king bed that I reserved. I did not complain because they did let us register early. There was no heat in the bathroom, the floor was icy cold. We were given 2 towels to place on the floor and told to keep the door to the bathroom open. We had the heat lamp on but it failed to produce heat. Coffee pot was filthy and had to be cleaned before it could be used. Evening staff were unconcerned about our comfort. Poor upkeep of the snowy grounds. there is a raise area on the floor which squeeked when stepped on.
