I was scheduled for surgery the following day and it was so helpful to be able to walk from my hotel room right to the surgery center without going outside!. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was excellent and very budget friendly for what you received. Handy location, Friendly staff. Lift (elevator!)to second floor. Free parking. Free breakfast. Free all day coffee.
all reviews » Convenience - right next to the Hospital and Health Campus, and a nice, comfortable place to stay. Staff made accomodations for us with a view of the parking lot as we rode in on motorcycles. Location to hospital was within walking distance. People friendly atmosphere. Bed Mattresses were to hard and uncomfortable, need to be updated same mattreses we slept on in 2007. Room had a terrible smell when opened the door. Musty smelling. Disappointed in breakfast-very little selection. Disappointed was not offered a discount in price of the room because of the terrible smell. Front staff could've been a little bit more friendly, welcoming. Hotel needs updating, mattresses and linens are clean, but old. Not a good continental breakfast, most cereal and bread products. Wi-Fi didn't work, person at the desk couldn't help. stayed in a NONsmoking room but room REEKED of smoke smell, bathroom small, NO soap at sink. There was dust all over the bed frame which was hard on my allergies. The bed was so uncomfortable! A new mattress would make this hotel a thousand times better! It needs updated!. The staff was not very helpful regarding locations and variety of restaurants. They had no record of our reservation and we were charged $10 more than the quoted price. We did receive a confirmation from letsbookhotel.com and did not have this problem with any of our other reservations.
