The room was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and always efficiently "at your service". a nice business hotel!. takes a long time to get your car from the valet and sometimes they bring the wrong car... The Lake Union view side overlooks Denny St...a very busy noisy street, especially from the 5th floor!!!!I've never paid so much to listen to traffic noise!!! Even the directions carefully direct you to avoid knowing that the hotel is at the corner of Terry and Denny, one of the busier streets in Seattle!! If you like traffic noise and no chair seating in the room, this is the hotel for you.
