The lady and man at the front desk were very friendly! They were nice enough to let us keep our car parked for free the day we checked out. The room was air conditioned and steps away from the boardwalk. Awesome place to stay if you're a young adult trying to save a few dollars. i liked how it was very close to the beach..the owner and his wife were very nice..the beds were comfortable..they had a nice pool..overall i would stay there again.

Staff was very accommodating. Bed was excellent. Provided Microwave and Fridge. 15 second walking for the beach, very nice staff, good service, not expensive. Cheap, nice staff, extremely close to the beach, basic essentials provided. affordability, calmness, relaxation & convenience. staff was great,so was the location and price. -pool hours and cleanliness -location couldnt be beat..boardwalk right outside the hotel -free beach passes (make sure you ask for them though another person told us about them not the hotel staff) -free parking -great working ice cold ac even in brutal 90+ days -sheets and matresses were clean nothing groudy....we checked first thing -value of hotel stay....sav ing money on hotel gives you more spending cash would totally stay here again. ...the perks are worth it. The lady manager could not be more gracious. She did everything to make a bad situation better. I loved that it was across the street from the boardwalk. The location and parking, bed was clean and comfortable. I liked the room it was just what i needed. I loved that it was close to the boardwalk. inexpensive get what you pay for though. Hoteon my smart phone survey choices for Qs didn't shw..motel was fine excellent value for being one block from beach..reminds me of beach motels I stayed at here as a child..pool was very nice. Only good thing about this motel was it was right next to the boardwalk. I don't care how close it is, I will never ever stay there again. When I left. Nothing. Overall, the room was not bad at all, it was a little dirty, but nothing disgusting. i didnt like how the tv channels didnt work that good but thats not really a big deal..how we had to the call cops because of people in the pool drunk being loud after a certain time there should be a sign saying what time the pool closes and should have security there. showers had not enough hot water and no sports channels on tv. A little outdated. Hold motel. Could be a little bit cleaner, but it was nothin we couldn't live with. showers could have had more hot water. -needs updating, some fresh paint shower curtains and bedspreads(we had nemo lol) -doors....issue with locking and no deadbolt -fecal matter on bathroom wall....shows a little more attention to detail could go along way -only one roll of tp honestly for the price u expected worse and by other reviews I was skeptical. but ive stayed in places twice as much and had some of same problems. I would stay again worth it. Beds were horrible, new mattresses were in need. My door looked like it was broken in other then that it was ok. Old falling apart fixtures needed fresh towels could be cleaner. Didnt like the dust under the bed and dresser. Just a hint the clorox wipes works really well and you can have a clean room in 10 seconds. The rooms could definitely be cleaner and they should start upgrading a little. room and building run down ,poor maintenance. Drinking, noisy people. Request to them as well as management did not stop their talking and laughing. Finally at 1 AM I left the motel and drove three hours home so I could get some sleep. My wife has had 5 operations since April and this was to be a restful getaway for us. I also felt that our room, although clean, was in a poor state of repair and maintenance. The bathroom was far to small and we had towels but no washcloths. dirty. The décor was very old and carpet was very dirty. needs updating. Place was very dirty.No curtins on windows.shower curtin hanging off,shower water ran out on floor and into room. No hot water.No lamps,1 ceiling light. Light over sink did not work. Dressers were broken.Place was awful !!!. Boardwalk fire compromised my breathing and I could not stay even 1 night of the 3 I had paid for. Management has ignored my request for a partial (at least) refund. Soooooo expensive... We paid $150 a night on a holiday weekend and if we would've known how gross the place was we never would have gone! This is 60 dollar a night hotel at most!. It was not very clean. I was afraid of bed bugs. Bathroom was horrible. No daily bed change or clean towels. Very outdated. doesn't take much to clean and update furniture. all around horrible. The room was so dirty, stains on the floors, stains on the sheets and bedspread, dead bugs in the bed and around the window, shower was filthy, blood stains in the toilet, tv did not work, door would not lock properly. I checked out I would not stay there with my kids. We were on the 3rd floor the room smelled of mold, the dresser had broken handles , light bulbs missing, hole in the wall . Bathroom floor was broken. It was terrible. I didn't like anything. First of all I have found BEDBUGS, rooms has an horrible odor, bathroom was disgusting. I do not recomend this Motel to nobody. The room was the worse room I have ever paid for!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!. Everything about the motel. no hot water.. Or toilet paper..
