Airport shuttle, exceptionally friendly staff, nice long lap pool. Most hotel pools are not designed for actual swimming. I like the fridge and microwave both in the room. the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, had breakfast for us at 4 am and the shuttle to the airport was much appreciated The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. Property was in very good condition, and very clean. Wish we could have had this nice of hotels on our entire vacation!.

We had requested two beds but when we got there we were booked with only one bed and asked for a change of rooms. The one we got had a leaky toilet and the shower flooded the bathroom. Called the manager after I noticed that my deadbolt security lock did not work and she arrived looked at it and said there was nothing she could do. Did not feel safe without that lock working. If I had transportation and knew the area I would have switched hotels. Also the desk chair the arm had the covering ripped up on it and I feel it was not very sanitary. This should not be a $108.00 motel...it wasnt near that nice...wish I would have chosen one of the cheaper choices you have for Sanford. Probably won't stay there again, not at that price. Condition of room and furniture was very poor and worn out...I believe there was even a bedside table was missing in the room and replaced with a wobbly loor lamp...the price of the room was way out of line with the conditions. I have submitted the many things we didn't like in a separate e-mail. Bad area did not feel safe at all. Totally redoing into a Best Western. Wall paper being removed! Mattresses in hallway on first floor as you walk in! Everything in disarray! Price should have been discounted!!!.
