It is a beautiful hotel and had a lot of things to do. We were only there 1 night but fully enjoyed it.very clean the stuff was very helpful, kids friendly. Everything about the hotel except the bed and bedding was excellent!.

They are still holding a $100.00 deposit, even though I checked out two days ago and paid my bill in full.The atmosphere in the hotel.The only problem we had was there was no hot water when we took showers in the morning.The bed was not particularly comfortable, the pillows were worse, mostly pure air, no head support whatsoever. The bedspread was entirely too heavy and impossible to sleep under and once it was folded back there was not anything but a sheet for warmth. Everything else about the hotel was first rate, but the sleeping experience was not.. . Their financial policy of holding my money for days. No fre wifi in the room just in the lobby.Total internal confusion on checkin and checkout dates despite confirmation.
