I simply loved the Gaslamp Quarter location which made it convient for going to the convention center for my meetings, shopping in between sessions, and lots of variety when deciding on where to dine in the evening. Being close to PetCo Park was a bad deal either. Micheal was such a help to us as my husband was not well he helped us book the train back to LA and book us another Hilton hotel. .He went out off his way thank you Micheal.

Hotel was situated in the heart of the Gaslamp District and close to the marina with a short boat ride to the beach. Rooms were luxurious and staff very helpful. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Especially at front desk. Cosy atmosphere Very handy location. - Great area, near all of the entertainment. - King loft was very spacious - Loft area was very private. The location was located in the Gas Lamp District and the accommodations were awesome!. Room was very nice. Checkin/checkout very easy. Bar downstairs was convenient. All staff were great, particularly Andrew at the front desk. Really good located Hotel, in the middle of downtown!. everything, very nice, could not have been any better. convenient location with great facilities. Excellent position, cleanliness. The hotel location. nice look and feel to the hotel, thought it was a great location and the room was nice. nice surrounding area. Location. Location. My 3rd time there. Very gay friendly. Family oriented, nice rooms, great lobby bar service, overall staff was very accommodating . Veryclose to petco park which in the main reason I stay there. Will definitely stay here again. No a thing!. Luxury level less than hilton standards I am used to Needs some renovation of corridor carpets and room furniture. And some attention to guest services at the lobby. Trolley is noisy as well as the outdoors pool. Firstly, valet parking was convenient but a little pricey. $40 a night. Come on. Secondly, room AC unit fan was noisy. With windows open we had to listen to the trolley very early AM. You also need to redecorate/paint etc the bar/lobby downstairs. very boring and almost downright ugly. That's about it. Hope this helps. Room not ready until more than an hr. past check-in. Mattress not very comfortable. "Terrace" not worth the extra $. nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. That I havd to pay extra money for parking per night. Paying $40/day to park. Too expensive, well that's the way it is. =). Parking at the hotel was a bit high at 40 dollars a nite. We asked for towels to be sent up an they never were. To valet at the hotel was too expensive. guest parking US$ 40/day!!!. Room was dirty, coffer maker didn't work, $40 a night parking fee. Not worth the $325 a night. No WiFi if you didn't pay extra.
