You get what you pay ! Für 49 USD in zentraler Lage dürfen die Erwartungen nicht zu hoch sein. Zimmer ist sauber, Teppich war zwar etwas fleckig, sonst aber keine Probleme. Der Preis allerdings sensationell. Comfortable pleasant decor and facilities. The staff. It near my training location and Santa Fe Station. The hotel price per night is appropriate. The share restroom is clean.Very close to my conference place in the downtown. The hotel was clean. Great Location at a great price.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.A bit noise, otherwise it is good in value. The staff are friendly. The Hotel manager was very understanding and fully refunded us when I explained to him that we had to change to a different hotel since we had a baby and had to have our own bathroom.. He gave excellent customer service.. I wish I had written down his name..Location, affordability. The wireless internet access was the only amenity to mention here.proximity to conference centre. The noise of the doors, when they closed. It woke me up everytime.The elevators needed to change their machines, not the style and appearance. Relativ laut, zwischen Broadway und Bahnhof gelegen. I keep a food in a share refrigerator, it disappeared in the morning. there was no airconditioning and the bathroom was separate from rooms. Since this is a hostel/hotel there isn't any ensuite in the rooms, all shared showers. But not a deal breaker considering the price and location, especially in comparison to other options in the same area.

It does not seem car noise.Just the fact that there were not bathrooms in the rooms.. otherwise the hotel was very clean, very friendly staff and in a great location. Demand for and state of the communal ablution facilities. Bathroom and showers did not stay clean as I expectied. Room was great.... It was very noisy, even though my room was facing the courtyard. This was due to a fan for the cafe located in the hotel, which was running 24h a day.no en-suite bathroom - totally unacceptable for the 21st century. it's not an hotel ...
