This hotel was excellent! Refurbished a short while ago, what could be wrong? The staff was super friendly and helpfull, especially Naiya! Coffee and tea availanle all day as well as apples and bananas. Breakfast was ampel. Rooms very well appointed. Very good location: walking distance to Market and Riverwalk. A brisk walk to the Alamo, depending on how fit you are. Definitely recommendable!.

I have 13 years of experience at a hotel in Aspen, Colorado, so I know a good staff and one not so good! I will be back!. that its near the tourist area of san Antonio. The complimentary breakfast has a variety of good and nutritious food that caters to the preference of kids, adults and elderly. The countertops are granite/or solid countertop and the bathroom is spacious. Friendly check in staff who were helpful with directions and places to visit. Staff at breakfast were delightful as well as friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room cooled nicely. Staff extremely friendly and helpfull. Beautiful appointed rooms and an adequate breakfast. Nearby Riverwalk and main attractions. Coffee was always available! Will definitely recommend!. Very nice and helpfull people at the front desk. Location is perfect. 1,5 km from riverwalk. Room is clean, beds are good. Very comfortable bed, close proximity to the riverwalk. staff were fantastic. Nice big room, comfortable bed. One of the rooms was not clean, but the receptionist was quick in transferring to another room and as an apology we got to enjoy a movie at no charge. the elevator was VERY slow, it was too many people there to have only 1 elevator. There was no free drinks and snacks after 5 like it said on the web page. Breakfast area too small. Too cooled swimming pool, my douther was sick. The coffee machine was very dirty. Breakfast was little pour and the cleanliness in the bathroom.
