Good value for the money. Loved the pool slide. Hot tub and pool were very relaxing. Location provided access to everything needed. The room was a nice size & the check-in lady was very helpful & nice. The breakfast was very good. Great indoor pool with a slide. pool and slide was cool.. Nice room. clean. I love the bed and bedding!! The restaurant and bar on site are very nice to have!!.
all reviews » The water slide was really fun. Staff was very friendly. Rate was what drove me to this hotel. We needed just a place to sleep for about 5 hours as we were crossing the state of ks. The bed was nice There was an indoor pool with a water slide. I liked their pool. The staff was nice. Staff was pleasant-bed was comfy. The cost was reasonable. Nothing. Location was convenient Bed was comfortable Mini Fridge and Microwave. Nothing. nothing. The sauna was not functioning. The room is in need of an update. The TV was old & there was a ceiling tile out of place in the bathroom where it looked like there had been a leak. The bathroom was in need of a make-over. spa could be better...was noisy..wombe up slot by people in middle of night running around using doors and talking... Very noisey!. poor bathroom. The drain in our jacuzzi tub wouldn't plug!! The Wifi was difficult to connect to! It is very loud off the atrium with kid knocking on you door then running and messing with do not disturb signs. It says you can order movies and video games but you can not. The live "band" the have in the bar is awful and very very loud!!! tha prices do not match the rooms or the amenities!!. The remodeling trash was everywhere. The carpets in the halls and lobby weren't vacuumed once while we were there. Very outdated. The breakfast buffet was cold and poor choices. Jacuzzi tub light not working. Breakfast next morning was very late being ready. Also the gravy was very watery and gross. For what price I paid I will not be back for that type of conditions. It had a "stale smoke" odor, the mens public restroom had throw up all over in it - no one had bothered to clean up. There was only one working light bulb in the room. This hotel is a "Ramada" it was not presented this way on the website - extremely deceiving, in fact a down right deception in advertising. Breakfast was not served early enough. It was 7am and still nothing was ready. There was water stains throughout the hotel, and water was dripping from the sealing right in the front lobby. It was after 10pm, and guests were still making excessive noise. Mostly children screaming and running.around. The room was hot and we had to bring in a fan. 1St rm was dark, dingy, opened frig-half gal water ran out on to floor and over my shoes.BR Lite didnt work. 2Nd rm-a/c not work, damp and sticky, wall paper rolling off in sheets, toilet ring held on with one screw, completely unsafe- fully rotated, toilet flushed only on every 4th try. Breakfast was gone, and would not even allow us to order off the menu. Rusty steelwool substance packed around the pipes going into the wall. Totally bad experience. Two lamps in the room were not working. The shower curtain rod was broken. Breakfast was the worst I have had at a hotel for a long time. The spa tub was hard to manage and had rusty water coming from the tap, the door key was difficult to work and many other guests had the same problem. The breakfast was horrable, the room was dank, smelled of mildew and rot. The room needs paint and the bathtub and spa tub needs kalking. I didn't like almost everything. No iron, no WIFI, scabby bathroom, and no service. We'd driven 15 hours for a funeral in Salina and couldn't connect to WIFI to find the funeral home. It was a dive. Paint was scaling off the bathroom wall, the tile was old and grubby..being two elderly ladies (in our 60 & 70's) we were to exhausted to change hotels after driving 15 hours and schlepping in all our luggage. DON'T STAY HERE. Certainly not 3 star as advertised on your site. I checked it on other sites after we checked in and they had listed as 1 star, more accurate rating. Our expectations were higher based on the false advertising on your site. Sign was wrong "Ramada" Electronic doors didn't work Hot & Cold water was reversed Room smelled of mildew Doors slammed all night long Non-stop screaming of children Could not turn heat up/Froze People smoked in the hallways My worst hotel experience ever. Dirty, secure door into building did not work. Floors dirty, parking lot dirty. Smoking area right out side back entrance. Supply store not stocked, over half the shelves were empty. Area in center of hotel very dark and dirty ceilings made the entire hotel look drab. The telephone did not work-safety issue It was dirty, it smelled of musty, There was no remote in the room for the TV and no one responded. There was no internet access working. There were "guys" hanging around the side door. there was no security on the side door. there was someone who did not look like a patron in that hall way in the morning. It would have been better to be in a tent. 1. Dank, gloomy, no outside windows 2. Too depressing to stay there, so we checked out as soon as we saw the room. Clerk was nice, and told us we wouldn't be charged; but the management had other ideas and charged us anyway. 3. Minute for minute, the worst hotel experience I've had in 35 years.
