The staff and the services. The location and comfort. Staff very friendly and efficient. The facility maintenance is a bit behind. Size of kitchen space. After arriving in our room, I pulled back the sheets on the bed to take a nap and discovered several hours and crumbs on the pillow case and top sheet. They smelled....used. It honestly disgusted me because I am strict on germs and cleanliness, but we were too exhausted to call and wait for them to exchange our sheets for fresh ones.
