Rooms are being renovated. I was in a newly renovated room with wood flooring, flat screen tv, good a/c, and comfortable bed. Headboard of bed has built-in reading lights. Continental breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. This location offers lots of restaurants, some within walking distance, plus access to a private shuttle service to and from the Atlanta airport. Hotel was newly renovated and everything worked well. The room had good lighting and convenient outlets. The breakfast was quite good for this type of thing. Unusual mix of guests.

Enjoyed the room design and the location. close proximity to where we were going. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Staff was pleasant. I really liked the price. The bed was great. Location was close to the event we were attending. The fitness center needs updating. The solid entry door should have a window in it for security of those using the equipment by themselves. The treadmill has seen better days and needs to be replaced. My room did not have a microwave oven or refrigerator. WiFi was dismal in the room. Half the time one could not connect and the other half of the time it was either slow or would disconnect. WiFi worked well when one took a device close to the office. Sleep bed sofa was not too comfortable to watch TV. Buy room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. Possibly maps or events that were happening on a weekend. Worn carpeting on main level. Nice new carpet in rooms and upper hallways. They were unaware of my reservation through letsbookhotel.com. Location of king bed next to air conditioner made it difficult to access that side of bed. I was disappointed because I googled closest Best Western, so that I could earn points and after I had stayed and checked out I was informed that it was no longer a Best Western chain and that I was not eligible for the points. That was my whole purpose for staying there. The desk clerk was useless. The bath didn't work very good. the clerk said we were getting one room with a king bed and one room with double bed. when we went to the rooms they both had king beds. also we requested adjoining rooms and the clerk said thats what we were getting but they were not. on the wed site for booking it said they had smoking room and they did not. It was old. Loud. Dirty. Cheap. Air Conditioner didn't work properly. Vending Maching took our money and no one at front desk would assist. Television was outdated. Tub Facet leaked; loudly. No bottled water in room; and vending machines that stole money left us without a way to obtain refreshment.
