It was convenient to airport. The heat had been turned on and it was warm when we arrived. We were able to leave our car while we traveled. the bed was great and the room was clean. also, even though it is right under the flight path you never really hear flights at night. Everyone was friendly! From the people at the front desk to the lady in the restaurant. It was roomy and clean. Very nice!.
all reviews » I'm glad I had a print out if my comfirmation because they couldn't find my reservation. Other than that all was good. The convenience of using the valet parking for my car and riding the shuttle to the airport. Location close to airport Free airport pick up/drop off Wifi Helpful staff & drivers. Restaurant on premises, free wi-fi, refrigerator in room, friendliness, price. Hotel had a nice bar, well lite parking lot, and the beds were comfortable. The Wings restaurant saved me, I got back to the hotel at 10:00 PM. friendly, clean, restaurant was good at a good price, accomodating. Friendly service at breakfast. Not the hotels fault, they were very busy. It looked to be in need of updates, but everything worked and the beds were comfortable. Heater/air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. nothing negative to write!!!!!!!!. Waitress at the bar. one of the cleaning staff had difficulty understanding that we wanted the room cleaned, towels, etc. nothing. Breakfast. There was a little confusion regarding leaving my auto at the hotel which was one of the main reasons for selecting this particular hotel. I was told by staff that if I booked online, there was a fee for parking. We eventually got it straightened out. I would suggest that parking is available regardless of booking method. Thank you!. Room was sparsely furnished, only one desk chair (plenty of room for a comfortable chair. Worst part was the incredibly noisy, clanking, sporadic air conditioner - every time it kicked on it sounded like a freight train in the room - could not get more than 15 minutes of rest before it came on again. They hadn't updated the reservation (an error upon initial booking, then blamed bookings.com for it even thought I had an updated confirmation and they had a room avaiable.) Then they forgot our wake up call. The room was passable but very old. The bathroom floor was sticky and in need of a mopping. The continental breakfast offerings were very basic & poor. Airplanes started taking off at 6:00am and it was loud. No soundproofing. Carpets, room in general not clean. In need of a good facelift. Didn't like that booking dot com didn't call in the booking and I was the second traveller that day at the days inn. My plane was leaving at 6.00 am.i had to leave motel 4.00 am.nothing to eat not even coffee. was not the most cleanly hotel i have been in. cieling in bathroom was dirtyl black, was not vaccumed well and the drawers had crumbs in them. dirty room terrible breakfast choices.
