The history of the property and the fact that much of the historic ambiance of the main Inn has been maintained. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The quiet location of the room that we stayed in. Loved the lobby with the antiques, coffee station, and magazines. The person at the desk was sooo helpful and friendly. The room was large and decorated beautifully. Lovely inn.
