Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome with free Starbucks coffee and cookies to the unmatched comfort of the room. The breakfast is American standard, but perfect for our taste, 3 varieties of coffee, juices, freshly made waffles, breads, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and hamburger. Near Woodbury Outlet. all reviews » This hotel was perfect in great area, near shooping and train that access to NYC, perfect area and great breakfast that include the price, we said that would be perfect place to stay while we want to have some vacation in NYC as hotels in NYC are too expensive while this one is much less expensive, we think to return to stay there for a week when we would like to have trip in NYC. Great value. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Towels were decent as was water pressure. Everything in working order. Room had fridge and microwave. Front desk person - very nice!. Good hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable. Close to New York City by car. Good budget hotel, the cheapest and high quality for the money. Breakfast is very good. Halls are a bit dated but kept clean. No fitness center on site but I heard there is one nearby that guests can use. A little bit noisy Freeway 17. It smelled cigarette in our room but another customer is probably to blame for this. Shower was slow to drain. Seeing such an easy to fix problem in a hotel surprised me. I have to carry the baggage to 2nd through stair. The room was on the older side and 1 day the room service did not leave us any toilet tissue. It is mandatory to have a car to get there. Very slow wifi. Room was very dated but clean. We requested a handicapped room close to the dining hall. The original room did not have a handicapped toilet. They gave us another room that was further away from the dining hall. My husband was unable to walk the distance. rough floor in shower. Very poor wifi No toaster in breakfast room had to wait for attendant each time someone wanted toast or English muffin. Nothing. Need more electrical outlets. I found a pair of dirty socks in the room, I made the front desk aware of this but she did nothing, she could have just went to the room while I was out an removed the socks but she didn't, she did offer another room, but i would have been satisifed if she just went an removed them. AC/Heating unit noisy. Switched on/off every 20 mins all night. Impossible to sleep. Old facility with dated items. Had turn refrigerator on. The bedbug I found on my pillow that the manager denied was a bedbug! I do not want to stay there again unless this problem is taken care of. No elevator and that was not told at the time of reservations. The smell of cigarette smoke in halls. The restaurant was poorly maintained. Everything under construction.
