It only took us about 7 minutes to do the whole check in process. Our Front Desk clerk was so friendly, she immediately engaged me in a conversation about where I was from and informed me of the function they were having the next day for 4th of July. The room were immaculate, and the bed was more than comfortable. I loved the complimentary water in the room, but I wish there was a Mini-Bar. The bellman came quickly when we requested him and parking was great. It was a great stay, I have no comp.
all reviews » Our visit was awesome, the staff at Sheraton was wonderful. To be honest I was a little concerned about the hotel before we got there, but it was great. The room looked just like the picture that we saw on the internet. I have already recommended this site, letsbookhotel.com, to several of my friends that will be traveling this summer. I will definitely use in the future both letsbookhotel.com and Sheraton. Very nice hotel. Clean room. With easy access to shopping. Great value for money on Smart Deal. Nice roof top swimming pool. Good internet access free of charge including LAN not only WIFI, although WIFI works well too. I brought my own LAN cable and it worked beautifully. We loved the place it was fancy and very cosy at the same time! The rooftop swimmingpool and jacuzzi is a must :-) we defenetely will stay here next time as well! Enjoy you complimentary starbucks coffe and organic tee in the bed :-). We were very impressed with the "Green Choice" program. We were able to use the $5 voucher in the restaurant towards our dinner. Wished all hotels had this program. We will definitely be back to stay at this hotel. I love the rooftop pool..The staff was so helpful and friendly...the bed was so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone@!!Loved the coffee in the room too high quality. One thing I didn't like was that I purchased one of the in- room shows for kids. It was $3.99 and was only 24 minutes long. That is ridiculous. For that price, it should last about 1 1/2 hours at least. We had no complaints. The carpet on the corridors could be a little bit more cleaner... There was nothin.g to dislike!!!. I just knew for the price we were going to get a substandard room, but I was pleasantly suprised. The room was clean. Although the surrounding of the foreclosed mall put a damper on the atmosphere and exterior appeal of the hotel, it was still a great and relaxing stay. Too costly when it comes on to get anything to eat. Staff at check in could be more friendly. The previous occupant did late check out which delayed the cleaning of our room which resulted in no rooms ready or open at 5:30 for many of us trying to check in. The staff did make it right in the end after I had to raise my voice and show attitude... I can't think of one bad thing. Nothing. We didn't have enough towels at times and there should have been a breakfast included. At night we heard disturbing noises from the bathroom - maybe water supply. hallways were old and dingy with a dirty appearance, though not dirty... The staff took forever to verify our booking. Our booking through letsbookhotel.com was apparently without a surname (not true). Still the lady at the frontdesk kept blaming us instead of preparing a room, eventhough there were enough rooms available. Noise from people talking near the room's door. And noise from the elevator "bell". it was expensive and the parking lot was not very secure and there was no security to watch the parking lot was not secure leaving my car there. Charged for local calls. The room was a lil jammed seeing how o travelled with a wheelchair. We would have liked some tableware, maybe a spoon for the coffee (we brought our own coffee)and a knife for some fruit. A bigger space for fitness would be great. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable Bed I have ever seen. Airport shuttle. Air conditioner was not cooling. The first night they sent someone to fix, but it didn't change. They came back next day and really fixed it. nothing. Beds were small for two people in a bed. Nothing. We had to use the sofa-bed and you really need to change the mattresses. But: We had a room with windows to the gray courtyard. This would not have been a problem for me, but obviously the air condition aggregate for the complete hotel was located inside this courtyard causing a so high noise level inside the room that I think we wouldn't have slept if we weren't that tired from an exhausting day. From our point the rooms located to this noisy courtyard cannot be given to guests as the permanent noise is really disgusting!. Hotel is looking a bit dated and is needing some updating. Paintwork in room was flaking on doors and pool on roof was needing maintained. Breakfasts were not up to those in a Hilton and no safes in room. Lady who checked us in was very rude day after day she acted as if she didn't need our business. My booking was something else & I had to compromised with the booking. Complementary food is not good when it is not good even to have it. Breakfast was also nothing great.
