The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. We loved the balcony we had off of our room and the ducks were awesome!!! Would stay here again :). The people were very helpful & the location was great. I liked the back door that opened to the riverside & all the ducks!. Staff places birthday surprises in the room for my wife. Extremely helpful and accommodating.

And the friendly service!. Hotel was well-appointed. The location on the river was great. It was all so close to the Mill area which I like to visit. The things I did not like did not really influence our stay, we are used to more updated accomodations. Loved the idea of the look of the room. Very good location. Loved being by the river. near river and had grill and picnic tables. Very quiet and private. The beds and pillows were comfortable...It was nice to sit outside in my own chair to watch the ducks and look at the water.... ducks!!!!! Clean pool and great location. It was a place to stay for 1 night. fed the ducks from back door. only the location. location was good. nothing. It is an older motel & needs some updating. It didn't have a coffee maker or refrigerator. Building is aged and it shows, but still clean and comfortable. No coffee maker in the room. The porch furniture need to be thrown out. The room was small. The plugs in were real loose, our laptop cords keep falling out of the plugins. The curtains didnt cover windows good, we felt like if someone walked they could see in the room . David Pigeon Forge,Tn. Liked it all... Wi-Fi was spotty. The back patio was pretty dirty - covered in goose poo!. I was surprised to find this was an older facility- can tell some updating is in progress but much is needed. I liked our two room idea but the AC was not satisfactory for the arrangement - one room was hot. Need to complete remodeling entirely (mixed curtains/bedspreads etc in a room). The night i checked in the man at the desk was very rude. He was short with not only me but everyone trying to check in. He even slammed the phone down and yelled. Also the balcony attached to our room was covered in cob webs looking as though they do not check them over. Cleanliness needs worked on. cobwebs on patio and not enough parking near room and no microwave. Seemed a bit more expensive for what I got. The place was old...the room was clean to a point...the bathtub was still dirty....the room had been a smoking room...you could still smell the smoke....the air conditioner knob was broken...you either froze or was hot....when I checked in nothing was mentioned about breakfast which I learned was doughnuts and coffee...there was no microwave like advertised....I Will not stay there again. was not really a breakfast until about 8:30 and that was someone going over to Krispy Kream and picking up a box and then coffee was available but no milk, juice or even water for the kids to drink. This needs some improving. vending machines had nothing in them need to stock each day. We were put in a 2nd floor room no elevator that we could find. Pool closed. Free breakfast none. Grounds were un kept. Does not look like the pictures on your site. old over priced carpet dirty just too expensive for room. The room was dirty: The areas around the door handles and light switches were filthy and so was the outside of the back door. The mirrors and glass surfaces looked like they had been wiped down with a greasy cloth. The shower curtain was dirty and torn. hotel needs updating and cleaning. We did not think by the pictures online did it at all look as nice from the outside. It was an ok place nothing that made us excited. It also could have been cleaner. everything. Beds very uncomfortable, no hair dryer, no coffee maker. Not a good deal for the money.
