The staff was very courteous and friendly. They made me feel very welcome and were extremely helpful with my questions. The hotel's location was great and next to a train stop. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful. Room interior design was immaculate. Bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel provided a complimentary bottle of champagne and cheese and crackers as my wife and I were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary.

Staff was friendly, was very clean, comfortable bed. The smoking area could have felt more secure and less accessible to the public. Parking is valet only and $28 is not worth it. Parking garage was closed upon arrival. Had to find meter parking on the street. High price of food and drink. No bathtub in our room Difficult to figure out on arrival where the front door was. Only having free Wifi in lobby despite my booking stating that it was in all rooms. No shuttle to convention center. Overpriced extras Valet parking too expensive No microwave in room. Nothing. That we didn't get to stay longer. All the hidden fees had to pay $30 for parking there's no where to park yourself ,had to pay for the lounge,the pool was very small, there was nothing to do in the hotel or around it in walking distance. Very boring next time we will stay in a resort where ther are things to do. Unfortunately, room service was just about the worst I've ever had.
