The front desk staff,zac, was really helpful....location worked.well for...room was clean,comfortable recently remodeled and the grounds were well kept...good breakfest buffet..lots of restaurants nearby...great stay for family and ppl wanting to shop... Friendly, accommodating front desk. Great buffet breakfast (food & value for $). Close to freeways, restaurants. Very comfortable bed.

Staff was very friendly, computer room was accessible, bar restaurant was reasonable and the Jacuzzi was just right. Very nice reception, good room, great bed, very pleasant stay in any detail. Location (many nearby restaurants, theater and mall, close to I-17). The look on the inside is way nicer than I thought. Convenient for travelling to Grand Canyon. The staff at the front desk were great. Location to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable. Value for money. Great value. It was available. Location. Fridge and microwave. Not Inn's fault; we were there when there were a lot of children and our room was right by the pool; couldn't access jacuzzi until last day. Nothing really. I stay here whenever I come to Phoenix. Even when it was the Sheraton four Points. About the same accommodations. Although close to the airport, it took us a while to get to the airport in morning traffic. Advertised microwave in room but had to ask for one to be sent to the room. The outside needs a little more attention an far as cleaning the awning. Not the hotel's fault, but I was approached twice by people asking me for money. I don't know if there is anything you can do about that, and I have no problem dealing with this myself. Not your fault. Difficult to find. No option for a light breakfast without paying for a full buffet. Not renevated..has the potential to be modernize environment. Disgustingly stained couch. Stained and old carpets. The wall between patio and pool.
