Aside from the construction, the feeling of comfort when you walked in and were greeted. The comfort of the beds and pillows was excellent. The features and amenities with the room added to a feeling of relaxation and a sense of no stress. Thank you. Great lemon water, all needs taken care off. People are really nice and the hotel is a great locale in the old city. Room was clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Requested a microwave and got one in my room.

Wyndham needs to look at their ethics practices if they want to keep customers. I won't be back. The noise in the morning, in front of the building, the staff did their best in spite of that noise. Bravo!. Parking was 30$ seems like if you're staying at the hotel for the money you pay for the room that parking should be free for guests. Or at the least under 20$. parking fee is a crime, but that's the way it is anywhere in the city. Toilet did not work - and we had to move rooms after first room was not what was requested. The heat... Someone from housekeeping woke us up at 8 am!. Hidden fees. When I pay $400 for two rooms, I shouldn't have to pay $30 to park my car there too. We came back to our room and we had to found a door that was open to let us in then out room had a empty condom box thrown in the corner next to the air unit and our shower/ tub was stop up as we took a shower the bathtub filled with water.. We may not stay here Again.. when I arrived, there wasn't a room, so they gave me a room with a pull out sofa and no blanket, but for free. The beds were narrow for Queen size beds! The bathroom was not very clean ( dust mites) .... The construction workers who started dropping tools and banging hammers before 8am in the room directly above mine, and the damp carpet because someone had turned off power to the refrigerator. Hotel is slated to be updated and it needs it. Facilities are dated. In fact, the hotel is in the midst of renovation and should improve. Low quality rooms at a high price. I ended up paying roughly around 400 us$ per night (without breakfast), which is just way too expensive by any standards in any city anywhere in the world!. Very dusty in the room hallway carpet need to be replace Lobby dark over all need to be renovation.
