I absolutely loved this hotel. I'm so picky about staying in hotels and I searched for a good one for days. Realizing I knew nothing about any hotels in Philadelphia and knowing that I needed somewhere to stay for the football game on Sunday I just picked this one based on reviews. I couldn't have been happier and I will never stay anywhere else when visiting this area. It was so clean, so accommodating, so comfortable and all for a great price.

We put my sisiters up there over Christmas too. You all are so nice and the hotel is lovely. Great location for museums--good central setting. Very nice club breakfast room--included in my deal. I was surprised that the bathroom products were all from Italy! :). The room was big, with a king size bed. Hotel was clean. Front desk staff was as friendly and competent as one could imagine. My stay was one night. Spacious Room size, Nice King bed, excellent location to Market st, Walnut st and Chestnut st. Trolley station on the corner. The out door pool in the 8th floor, was able to check in as soon as I arrived, helpful friend staff. Reasonably priced for the area. Comfortable bed. Option to not have towels changed every day. Amenities. food. nothing, this was a default hotel. The bathroom was too small. Free wi-fi in the room was not stable. The king size pillows that went with the bed were not that comfortable. Shower soap and shampoo from pumps, not individual bottles. Yes, it's green that way. Bath room is way too small, supposed the basin is not separated from the barh room. Inside bathroom on the small side. Bathroom was small. You had to pay for parking (which i didn't realize - they did explicitly state that you had to, but i missed it). There were some minor deficiencies in the facility, but they seemed to be in the beginning of a renovation project. nothing, it was great!. rather pricey, especially as breakfast was not included. Shower rod and tile were broken in RM 1825. $40 parking per day. Noise was a problem. limited TV stations. The booking website indicated that breakfast was included in the price, however the staff at sonesta said that it was not. There was obviously an error somewhere and as a result we had to leave the hotel to have breakfast. - The hotel price seems not to be matching the value - The hotel reception is not a welcoming place during the busy weekend - WiFi was not working properly on the 25th floor - The outside swimming pool was closed for the Memorial Weekend - The hotel was quite a loud place on the Saturday evening - A very tiny bathroom. Exorbitant parking charges. price. the bathroom was no more than a closet I was put into this hotel by default and was not what I was expecting.
