I liked the fact that it was a great price and good quality. We traveled with small kids and felt safe. I like that it was right off the highway. I enjoyed the rates and location. Nice pool. Affordable. Quiet. very clean. Location. i loved how the hotel was close to the mall and other shopping centers and approximately 15 minutes from Pensacola beach. The hotel was okay. The water did not run hard and the shower pipes did make noises when the water was running but did not notice any bugs or smells. The room was small but we managed and had a awesome time. I would book again. I also felt safe because the police department patrolled around the hotel the whole weekend I was there.

Tub was dirty. Ice machine didn't work. Pool was closed an manager lied about getting it fixed. Not just to us but other guest also. Several guests packed up an left. I did not how i pre booked online at booking. com for two double non smoking beds and when i arrived at the hotel, i was given one queen size bed non smoking. The hotel claims that booking. com was wrong but i think they gave my room away. The walls were chipped and filthy on the outside but not on the inside. the room was small especially the bathroom. Hotel didn't have breakfast like website said, rooms were not cleaned properly each day. Didn't make beds daily or clean bathroom properly. The tv in the room didnt have the av on so the kids could play the video game. hot water in shower sqeeled a high pitch sound all through the shower and a microwave would have been nice. After being assured that my room would be ready for me at 6-7 pm when I returned at that time it had been given out and I had to get a different room. Will not be back. no fridge, no Wi-Fi, no microwave, cash only. It is no longer a Motel 6. Mold around pool green and black the pool looked dirty and it did not feel refreshing did not have mini refrigerator out dated tv you can see the outside through the air conditioner. Mold around bath tub I did not like the stay there had awhore and her pimp knocking at my door at 3am had a black man asking my children if they wanted to buy drugs no I do not recommend this motel it also had cockroaches so nasty I believe I should get a refund but that will never happen. Mattress was torn and lumpy, obviously very old. Carpeting was old. Property not kept up. Sidewalks very stained. Room small Water in shower never got hot even after letting it run for 20 minutes The sink water was hot, so I took my bath from the sink Noise from the outdoors are heard especially people in the pool. Screaming child on one side, couple having loud screaming sex on other, no working wifi, and cable had two working stations. Room wasnt ready, staff not very responsive, bugs in room. The room had a broke A/C, and smelled like bleach to the point my eyes watered and i couldnt breathe. When i made a big deal, they switched my room, and the TV didnt work. Never going to Motel 6 again. Staff not friendly, cockroaches in room,aircondioner leaked water into floor door key would not work half the time on one room it stopped working at all had to move to another room. Had to listen to two different cuss fights from other teneants if all Motel 6 is like this one I will never stay at another one. It took me over 3 hours to check in. The room wasn't clean. My neighbor had 10 barking dogs. No microwave. Broken ice machine. Got our reservations wrong. Reserved for 2 queens. When I arrived there only single queen. We have 2 children. We have to clean our bathroom: pubic hair all over tub and red hair. My family has black hair. Disgusting. Sheets were dirty , stained with dirt. Its almost like they made the bed when previous occupants left but did not bother to clean the room and change the sheets. The manager did not hesitate in giving us cleaning agents bec housekeeping left. We have to clean it ourselves.
