I was pleased with the service that I received from Manuel and Tony the two night clerks. We were staying over on our way to Connecticut and learned that the Governor had closed the state due to a snowstorm. Manuel easily changed our reservations to accommodate us a few more nights, then easily changed it again when we found out our hotel in Connecticut could honor our reservations. I loved the room and the lobby. The business center was easily accessible and the all over atmosphere was one of .
all reviews » Loved the location! Chose it because it was close to NYC and the Poconos. Went to the Ford Mansion. Enjoyed the hotel very much and all of the surroundings. Drove into the city one day to take my niece to JFK. No problem, easy in and easy out! Great place to stay! Great breakfast! Free parking. The hotel was very nice, staff extremely friendly and at a great value. It was very pratical to stay there while visiting nyc. The nj Bus Transit had stops a couple minutes away which allowed us to park and ride into nyc. It was also very conveniently located to shopping and dining places. Close enough to the college campus and big enough to bring the family and still have appliances to be at home and not spend too much money eating out. Completely satisfied with the hotel and it's amenities. They're even changing the old CRT TV's to LCD this year!. location , the suite was very nice we love it , we love everything , good breakfast , you did good job. Close to freeway but quiet. Breakfast was a plus as we needed to get going in the morning. Very affordable.staff are friendly.Surely we will stay in the future trips.Cozy place. The room and accomodations were excellant. Having called the hotel to rectify the situation, I spoke to someone who seemed to know what they were doing and promised that the refund would appear on my account in a few days. Nothing much really... Television was at an odd angle. None. I booked a king bed suite only to be told that the manager changed the reservation to a double queen, much to the dismay of me and my pregnant wife. When we asked to have the room changed, we were told none were available. Also, was told upon check in that I could pay for the room in cash when checking out. Upon checkout, I tried to pay in cash and was told I could not because payment was already processed on my credit card. I had to return home wish I could stay another week. Plastic-dishes only at breakfast - what a waste of resources!. We were counting on a stove top and only one burner worked. Other was not attached to any power. A little hard to find with GPS. Nothing!. none. The indoor swimming pool was freezing. The location was a little difficult to find. Since this was a suite, we found left over food in one of the high cabinets. I'm pretty sure the cleaning person could not see up that high. It was over the refrigerator. The tub was clean but there were watermarks higher up in the shower.
