The bathroom was spacious. The bartender, Jon was very nice. The spa staff were not knowledgeable about the property. They did not know that the spa did not get wifi. We spent 30+ minutes trying to access the internet, to no avail. We have already discussed the fact that the Room Service staff was VERY rude. For a property of this caliber, the bath products were very poor quality as were the bath linens/towels. I would have also expected that a newspaper would be delivered to the room each morning, it was not.
