Very comfortable beds. Good shower. Fridge and microwave. Quiet. 15 miles from Bryce Canyon with easy drive. Food and supermarket close by. Good place to stay for a few days while exploring Bryce, without spending $100+ a night. Eg on one afternoon, the hot water heating system (in a room next to mine) was generating loud noise & vibrations. When I notified the staff, the problem was rectified very quickly. Where it was located. I must say that the owners tried to help. cheap and close to national parks. clean comfortable bed. price was fair. clean. Nothing. no breakfast. Ice machine out of order, the room needs some refresh. The floor in our room was a little wavy. Decoration and furniture is outdated, but functional and clean. Keep in mind that there is no breakfast included, but what do expect for the price. Very basic motel. No breakfast. Room smaller than the average motel room. Good value though for the cost. small bathroom. A/C was pretty old. Rooms are a bit shabby, but ok nonetheless. Not the cleanest room we got. Everything in town closes early. No one there for check out, though for most this should not be a problem. Lack of service to room for second day. general appearance of motel so so,. Early closure of front desk and no staff on duty at 9:30am departure to discuss the accommodation and get a receipt for staying. TV was able to tune in one channel only; a 2h hours product advertising channel.. Air cond. was very noisy. Heater doesn''t work. There were 2 mornings I wished it did. Really needs a lot of work. No toilet paper holder had to put tissue on the floor to use. Very unsanitary, eweee. No towel rack either. Sad. Pillows really need to be replace. Ripped bedspread. Noisy and I mean Really Noisy Refrig. And Plugs in the wall; if you want to use microwave, you had to unplug a light. If you want to use coffee maker unplug the clock or microwave or light your choice. Really didn't like seeing owners small grandchildren cleaning room, just didn't seem right. do not ever try the restaurant opposite the road. shabby, no ice available, one channel on TV, air conditioner noisy, refrig door didn't shut, Wi-Fi not reliable, no shelf in bathroom, shower inadequate, no tp holder, bare light bulb hanging from ceiling. minimal facilities. run down room. your chin is in the sink if you sit on the toilet. wifi did not work lots of road noice run down dark not a good deal. low level room (even for a motel). Main issue: the Bathroom door was broken; couldn't close it; we asked to change room but the lady said the motel was full; still the "vacancies" sign was on late that evening. Panguitch is plenty of motels; pick another one.
