Friendly front desk staff, super high quality rooms (what you expect from Four Seasons), great room service, convenience to Palo Alto and Mountain View. Perfect for business stay. very nice rooms. Charge for WiFi, including two different qualities (really necessary at these room rates?) and no paper in the morning. Really quite costly relative to value although definitely 5 star.
