We liked the location right on the beach and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was very frienly and helpfull also. I love the cleanliness and decor of the unit.South Tower had been newly refurbished. Rooms was clean and decorated nicely. Spacious and equipped. Pool perfect for kids. good location and nice room in south tower. Very nice and well equipped room with ocean view!. Family oriented, loved the pool and slide. Everything we liked about the hotel was probably due to the low volume of people in that area at this time of the year. Easy to find and a good value. Hotel is located right on the main drag (1A1) with eating available from many good local resturants.Next to a great beach and better than Daytona beach!. The cleanliness of the elevators could have been better.The beds in the 2nd bedroom were uncomfortable. Too hard for our taste. We were told to park across the street even though there was plenty of parking at the condo. Rooms and overall hotel showing signs of wear and tear in the "north" tower, which is where the front desk is located. Remodeling is planned and appears that repairs have been made to the outside structure in preparation for painting of the building.Checkout times are early at 10 am. Be early to get a beach chair or take your own beach towel.
