Convenientlt located to all Orlando attractions (Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney), major shopping centers (Premium Outlet Malls, Florida Mall, Millenia Mall) and Orlando Intl Airport. Nice pool and natural lake scenery. A quiet & safe environment. Grounds are beautifully maintained. A relaxing environment. all reviews » This condo was well equipped and it provides an affordable way to live as you would have at home while you enjoy the many Orlando area attractions. The pool, sauna and exercise facilities are first rate as well so taking a down day from the theme parks is also something to enjoy. The resort is in the middle of all major Orlando attractions (Universal Studios, Disney World, Outlet Centre, etc.) - only 10 to 15 min drive away. We had an entire vacation house with 3 floors, a spacious kitchen and living room plus garage. Great value for the price paid. The villa was truley luxery, the check in and out system was the most facilitated process that I had ever seen certainly with all the privacy, the villa was provided with all the needs of all the family members and makes you feel you are at your own home. We were delighted with our stay at Vista Cay. It exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was wonderful, spacious and very luxurious with wonderful facilities and so convenient for the parks! We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Thanks!. letsbookhotel.com was fabulous from the beginning to the end. The condo was clean, pretty and had every appliance you could ever need. I had left clothes in the condo and they were shipped to my house and arrived before I did, outstanding service. The place was impecable. Everything was done by email, I didn't have to deal with any staff member. They sent me password to unlock the gate and the door of the unit I rented. It was an amazing experience and the resort was great. A fantastic and spacy apartment withing easy cardistance to the parks. Great pool, gym and clubarea with helpful staff. Got in late so we didn't have to worry about going to office and waiting in line. All pass codes for entrance gate and villa given before-hand. Second year staying here. Really enjoyed it. More than guest cards need to be included in the package to allow everyone in the family to enjoy the pool and other facilities, though our group was not asked to produce the cards that were provided. More garbage bags, dish and laundry soaps should be stocked in the condo for use of guests enjoying a longer term stay. The front disk was not near the premesis, when I needed to inqiure about some issue the receptionist answered me that this part of vist cay be mellinium and not not by orlando and their office is not here and you have to call them should you need any thing so why not to have the an office to deal with the customers directly near by the residents. Nothing!. Liked everything. Third floor of unit was warm compared to rest of unit. The bed in the master bedroom was too soft. The mattress on the beds were a little hard. N/A. Bed was little soft for my backs. Couldnt access wifi??. The beds were slightly uncomfortable. The stormy weather over the first few days. Lack of ceiling fans, Would recommend adding ceiling fans for additional cooling options in rooms. No room service No daily housekeeping. Having to do all the linens before we left. Noisy people above us and the a/c until outside the master bedroom was noisy at night as we were on the ground floor. No bar / entertainment on site at night . Games room many of the machines were not working. No restaurants on walking distance. Conda was small. Balcony was facing another condo that had a dog that barked for 2 days. Too many reminder signs all around the condo about upkeep. A full or addl basketball court is needed. Pillows were very uncomfortable and stiff. It could have been a little bit cleaner. The only thing could be better are the showers, but they work well. We book a king, queen, and 2 twin beds and we got queen and 2 twin bed room. Had problem with door to villa was never fixed. Maid service was non existent. TV not sharp. Picture off the screen. None. the sofa bed was not comfortable.
