The upkeep of the park was great, the pool, play ground, fishing pond, free mini golf course and movie night. You really could not ask for more, they really thought hard to take care of their guests. Thanks we had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back :). I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad expierenece. I love the location and how close it is to everything. It's very clean and I feel right at home. Can't wait to come back and visit!.
all reviews » It had amenities for children. Problems and requests were promptly taken care of. Service was good and cafe onsite was very reasonably priced and food was very good. No need to cook if small party. Terrific location for access to Disneyworld; plenty of good restaurants within minutes. Very pet friendly with lots of room to walk or exercise our dogs. We stayed in a cottage. I liked that we had our own separate unit and a deck to sit out on. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful family enviroment.Great location. I would recommend Tropical Palms Resort to everyone. Pool area was relaxing but with some children playing. Location is excellent. We love staying there because it is relaxing and close to old town. I loved it. Will stay anytime I am in that area. loved the room and activities. pet friendley. Being close to disney. very close to disneyland, nice camping ground. It was quiet,and was not far from Disney's magic kingdom. The bed comforters, they were ripped and had holes in them, probably from being washed often. I wish the staff in the cafe were a little more welcoming the girl wasn't very nice and never smiled. I remember coming here years ago and felt great energy from the staff. Now it feels like I was bothering her to get a meal that I was paying for. They need to find a job they like and smile!. Blinds were broken. Beds uncomfortable. Kitchen was not properly stocked. Pool food bar didn't open until after checkout time. Had to go out for breakfast or bring into cabin kitchen. We love everything what is not to like. Nothing. check out by 10:00am. Not being able to take drinks into pool area or at least have an area outside of pool area with table and chairs to have drinks and food without taking it into the pool area. Poor wireless internet connection. Having no comfortable place to sit. Couch and chair were terrible.Springs in both were awful. You sank to the floor and always had to have help to get up! They had to be kidding when they said people could sleep there when pulled out! The beds in both bedrooms, left something to be desired. We came home early from our month's vacation because of the furniture and beds. We felt for the money we paid, we did not receive what they advertised! Laundry was expensive to do there also. we were two couples and had a bunk bed in our cottage, all doors except the front door were cutted so that you can look inside. no barbecue area, you have to bring your own. Floors were dirty beds were very,very hard and uncomfortable,could not get any staff member to fix anything had a hubcap stolen off a brand new truck , lack of security .so we checked out one day early and took a loss of money and our vacation.
